would be a 0 if I could. whichever lady was closing tonight was unprofessional and disrespectful. My parents and I come here almost every weekend for a milkshake after dinner and are greeted every time by the same LOVELY gentleman who makes us the most delicious milkshakes. Tonight however, we were helped by a different lady. We were served very watered down milkshakes that tasted like straight milk. Only one of them was completely undrinkable (tested by all 3 of us) - wrong consistency and flavour. We had kindly asked to just leave it there and not pay as we wouldn’t drink it. (didn’t ask for a remake or anything else). The lady kept arguing with us that is was not her fault and by this point the kind gentleman we always see was there and had been agreeing with us. She tried to insist we needed to pay for a drink we wouldn’t drink, because she made it incorrectly. The part that really rubbed us the wrong way though, was the fact that she started to complain about us in another language we couldn’t understand for about 2 minutes. This left us in a very uncomfortable position just standing around waiting for them to tell us what was going on in english. (Both of their english was great by the way and we were conversing just fine in english before, hence why we were so caught off guard...

I want to share my experience as I am in the service industry myself. My family normally goes to the Baskin Robbins on Highland Rd in Kitchener but was closer to the Bridgeport Rd location today. I ordered the banana Royal like I usually do but this time it was noticeably smaller. EXTREMEMLY SMALL AMOUNT OF TOPPING and VERY SMALL SCOOPS OF ICE CREAM! It literally didn’t even take up half the cup. Not what I am used to. The highland location always gives me my money’s worth (this dessert is 8 dollars +tax) Also when the associate handed my husband his milkshake my daughter accidentally knocked it on the floor before he even had a sip. I know that it’s not the mandate of most companies to replace it but in my line of work I don’t think twice. ITS ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION! He charged us for it and didn’t even ask if we would want another even if we had to pay. Associate had zero personality. If I could give 0 star I would. Now I know to always go to the Highland...

NOT SAFE DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION By far worst location the older women working there was very rude, I asked for one scoop of Cotten candy and one vanilla, the vanilla scoop was melted once I spoke out and told her it was melted, the lady tired to say every ice cream has diffident texture I don’t understand how an ICED cream have different texture, then she just scooped out the vanilla and gave me another scoop of Cotten candy some of the vanilla scoop was still let here and now the past 3 days I’ve been just puking and it was cuz of the ice cream. Lastly they are scammers the women gave me a half full scoop every location I go to they fill the cup however two scoops and the cup was still half full I wish I had a picture of the ice cream or I had the receipt I would really want to take this to the food health and safety because stores like this with cheap disrespectful unclean people shouldn’t be allowed...
