Edit: Takes forever, food comes wrong, cold, huge cores of lettuce on burgers, hair, people touching food with bare hands after covid shouldnt be aloud, let alone no masks while preparing the food. The last 3 times we have been here we waited very long even with our pre ordered mobile order. Sense covid they must have new management because its gone downhill. The tables arent clean ever and last time there was two people working. If i could give 0 stars I would. I wont be going back anytime soon.
We have been here a few times sense it opened. The dining area is beautiful and the staff are nice. We still get a giant iceberg lettuce core on our burger, which I thought was only at one or two locations but seems to be all of them. They have only got our order wrong once out of three times. My only concern is that there is never anyone out cleaning the dining area when we are there and because they have every other sitting area closed off because of Covid, people are forced to sit in a spot that has yet to be cleaned. We were there for awhile and no one cleaned the tables for the new guests. Which defeats the purpose of spreading out people at select tables. I do like them. I wish they would have put in a play place for after covid, because there isn't any close to us at any fast food place. I think they made need more staff in...

Though as shift manager was watching a game show with the volume so loud it was hard to enjoy the food. Whenever a someone wasn't in drive through or in the lobby With they had 3 customers between drive thru and the lobby for 20 mins
I'd never be able to get away with that much standing around if tables needed cleaning, things could probably need stocking up. You only have a set number of hours to finish things for evening shifts before closers come in.
All the tables were dirty when I came I'm I had to brush off my table with my sleeve.
I'm all for not expecting your employees to work every minute of every hour. Though at least do the basics Keep your tables/trays clean, sweep the floor, clean the counters in between customers Take pride in your lobby and back of house.
Oh also the shift manager was on her cell out and in the open at the cash talking and giggling on the phone.

The first time i ordered online, drove there and waited maybe 20 minutes as numerous customers came in & ordered, got their food as I continued to wait for my little order. Finally I got in line and went to the cash and asked about my order, shortly after that I finally got my food.
Today I decided to order in person. The line wasn't moving. A couple in front of me left the lineup, they had been waiting for awhile and said the line hadn't moved. Not a good look for a fast food joint.
The drive thru looked busy, and the staff seemed to be busy. My guess is that they're prioritizing the drive thru and are also understaffed.
Judging from these reviews, if you are thinking of slipping over during your work break for a quick meal, be prepared to have an extended break. The food is good, but it isn't fast.
Update: tried the drivethru today to test my theory (there were about 6 ppl in store who had ordered and where standing there looking disgruntled, and the checkout line wasn't moving, no one was at the cash.... well, the drivethru took over 20 mins to get...
