Campus Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

This is the second time I've ordered pizza from this place, the pizza is good, gets here in a timely manner ect. However I found a hair in the pizza. Not on top, or underneath the pizza INSIDE. needless to say I was grossed out. We then called the place and told them the situation, I was calm and explained the situation - things happen I understand. Before I had even asked what they'd do about it the employee on the other end was questioning the whole story. Asking what color, how long, if I was sure, and even how I knew there was a hair in the pizza. I understand he might believe I was lying, I've worked in fast food and I know people do crazy things for refunds. But this line of questioning was not only uncalled for, but rude. He proceeded to tell me that there was no one in the store at the moment with long hair, he repeated this many times. I was a little angry but again I understand his questions, he however seems to forget that the hair might not be his, and at any point in preparation a hair could have found its way into the pizza. From when the veggies were cut to when the cheese was grated. He told us to call again tomorrow and talk to the manager. And I knew if I called again tomorrow I was going to get the "well the sale happened yesterday and there's nothing I can do". I call again, it's the same song and dance, the employee is obviously annoyed and I asked him if the manager could give me a refund, he told me they dont offer refunds. Which, to my knowledge, is not stated ANYWHERE in the store. He then told me that it's simply impossible that there was hair in my food. Won't...

TERRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE PIZZA ....GOT NOTHING FOR MONEY DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE Just got ripped off for $30.00. Phoned and ordered pizza. Gentleman on phone could NOT understand the address even after spelling it due to language issues on his part. (Driver, shaking his head, told me it happen there a bit) I thought he had it straight...but suspected he didn't. Gave phone number, he got that correct. As the driver had to phone me over an hour later to ask where I located. He had the wrong address given to him by the store. Why didn't the store guy call me to confirm address if he was confused.....duh I asked driver how long the pizza has been driven around and was told it still hot..WRONG It had already been delivered to another address just before me....LOL Pizza was almost sauce-less....wet from it's long box ride around....UNDER COOKED.....Luke warm and had a gooey outer crust. ....INEDIBLE. So I called them...same guy same language issue. Fairly rude once he heard the story. Needs to find another line of work. Told him this pizza is horrible. He offered a $5 dollar discount next time....too funny. I said I wanted another pizza sent out. NO WAY WAS that going to happen. He said we already made it and that was that. He said the owner would call me tomorrow ( Don't bother ) and do something. I said no, I want another pizza...you can have this one back. GOT HUNG UP ON...for the 2nd time. So there's the truth...BEWARE So bottom line is paid $30 for NOTHING...a box of garbage food unloaded on the unwary....lesson learned Imagine running a business like...
