KFC — Restaurant in Waterloo

One of the worst experience I had with KFC at this location, initially gave me hours left over chicken and when I asked for fresh one made me wait more then half an hour and came to know they give me the same chicken but dipped it in the boiling oil, then I ordered fries and gave me very old and stinky fries which I’m sure it went bad and when I asked for ketchup they told me they don’t have it and when I was walking away from there I saw that the other customers were getting ketchup….

This is an absolute disaster and not acceptable behavior, I don’t know why such people are doing business in the center of a mall whilst they should know that restaurant and fast food is a hospitality business not misbehaving and mistreating business…

I would request from the management to please check their food safety and customer service on regular basis as they are making people and the community sick.

I just came to see how many bad reviews this KFC got and it’s all because of their bad behavior and I don’t know why they are serving bad and expired food to customers.

I wish I could give this KFC below...

If I could I would give -100 star to this branch. It was the worst fried chicken I have ever had. I came on Saturday for a take out for lunch. I have a kid, so even the food quality and safety wasn’t acceptable for a kid. The chickens were not fresh and they were burned as well, no ketchup or bun with that, it was like they just wanted put off the customer. I paid around 33.00 dollars which didn’t worse at all, I could buy Mc Donald’s with a lower price and fresh sandwiches to feed my family. Just don’t come back any more even if there is the only place for buying food. If you don’t have fresh food just say sorry we are ran out of chicken, not sell the old food to...

Too bad I can’t give this place 0 stars. I ate it once and they gave me refried burger, imagine old meat but also hot oil, and it managed to upset my iron stomach. Very impressive indeed. I had it one time more and it was like chewing mayo and cardboard, I swore it off. I have had kfc in five countries and it’s always delicious, but Canadian kfc is absolute trash. My friends sometimes buy from here and their burgers with tons of mayo, a few slivers of lettuce and sad little shriveled chicken nugget make me super glad I swore...
