Taco Bell — Restaurant in Waterloo

I just left this location. I had a coupon that came in the mail and the girl taking the order refused to honor the deal and refused to give her name. The manager came from the back he said I will give you partial deal, I attached a photo of the coupon to show and the manager said he will give regular fries. When I said I will contact the head office his attitude immediately changed and he right away said he will give the deal. At that point he caused a big scene and humiliated me for using a coupon. I would love to speak to the head office regarding this matter. STOP SENDING COUPONS TO CUSTOMERS IF YOUR STORES THAT ACCEPT THEM REFUSE TO HONOR THEM BECAUSE THEY FEEL THE PRICE SHOULDBE HIGHER. The manager said their location participates in these coupons but he said its his store and he can do as he pleases. I GUESS HE DISCRIMINATES AND PICKS AND CHOICES WHO HE LIKES. Bad representation...

I think I speak for everyone when I say I’ve never had one good experience at this location. I hadn’t got taco bell in a long time because of the service but today I gave them another chance and yet again it was horrible. The lady at cash doesn’t even speak to you, she rolled her eyes when I handed her cash because she had already hit the debit machine when she didn’t even ask how I was paying. She then handed me my food on a plate when I said it was to go, again gave me a dirty look. Of course when I go to eat my food it’s not what I ordered, so I go back and say my order is wrong and tell her what I had ordered. She doesn’t say anything to me and tells the back what to make and then proceeds to slide it over to me on the counter with no apology, no nothing. I watched her be rude to multiple people before me who had already ordered as well. If you don’t want to do your job properly...

Thought going to a Taco Bell franchise meant identical prices country wide.

We get a Beefy Triple Cheese melt for $2.79 at every Taco Bell until now. They are $4.29 here. Everything on their menu here is much more money. The male employee said it's an extra mall tax. Sad that the owner puts this pressure on the employees to make up stories. In a time when everyone is struggling to make ends meet and are seeking deals anywhere... this really erks me. The manager would not refund me the difference, but offered another overpriced burrito.

Buyer beware people. I'll call Taco Bell tomorrow to see what is up here.
