If I could give 0 stars, I would. My coworker and I from the mall had the worst experience at Tim Hortons in our entire lives. Firstly, the cashier stared at the customers in line with a blank face without any recognition to help the next person out. She did not say a single word throughout the entire transaction and stared instead when she was prompting us to pay.
Then, when we tried activating our Tims coupons from the Tims Rewards App, the manager then states that as part of an email she was sent that she was not allowed to use the coupons unless they were on paper, even though the app clearly states that it must be scanned via QR code. Completely rude, gave an attitude even before speaking with both of us, and insisted to remove the coupon instead, to which they did not know how to do. I then was not permitted to scan my card to receive my rewards AND the discount.
I have never, ever experienced such terrible customer service. I wish I could have grabbed the name of the manager but she's an older woman, darker hair and she needs to be reconsidered for her position, and should go through...

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons on 30 November 2024 at 20:17, due to the behavior of the woman at the cashier. When I ordered an iced mocha, she gave me a condescending smile and acted like I was an idiot for not specifying which iced mocha I wanted. Her attitude suggested she was judging me, as if it was my first time there and I didn’t deserve her help.
When I ordered just one drink, she commented, “Only one?” and made it seem like I couldn’t afford more. Because I was with my wife, it seemed she expected me to order two drinks or more food items. Her tone and attitude were incredibly rude and unprofessional. And I’m the only customer that time.
If a customer is unsure about the options, it’s the cashier’s job to politely explain, not to make them feel embarrassed or unwelcome. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses it and ensures their staff treat all customers with respect...

I ordered a tea and the lady never asked what I wanted in it (and I forgot to tell her), but that wasn't really a big deal. Because when my order comes, it's a double double (coffee). The other lady notices my confusion but doesn't seem to care, and I didn't bother to change it. I like coffee as much as tea, so I figured it's no big deal. I'll just fall asleep a little later today I guess.
Overall though, too many mistakes that no one was sorry for making. I'll probably go back, but I'll set my standards a...
