Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waterloo

Pizza Hut serves great pizzas. And, I am a regular customer. However, this location has the worst staff one can ever encounter with. The last piece of the pizza had a tiny hair in it so we called them up just to raise the concern amd let them know. The girl who answered the call asked me to share the picture and I asked her to advise me of the platform where I should share the picture. She, then, put me on hold and came back very aggressive denying all the possibilities of the hair in the pizza. I asked her I could share the picture and then she raised her voice and went all bananas claiming that she had checked the pizza and there was no hair. As, I tried to explain her that the hair was stuck between the toppings, she blatantly interrupted me. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to hang up. My concern was not to get another free pizza or discount but just to inform them of something that can concern serious health concerns but the girl didn't even let me speak. This is the first time ever we have come across such disgusting...

Have been ordering pizza from this location for my office team lunches for over past three years never had any issues. But (Order# 24260374) order on Jan 17 ,2020 was the worst pizza we ever had from pizza hut. There was too too much cheese, that only thing we could smell was cheese and it was way undercooked. Chicken pizza hardly had any toppings and it was too sweat not sure what did they add to it. Everyone in my office complained about this order. Called customer care on Jan 17 to provide the feedback they said the request(#15728568) has been logged and the store manager will call within 24 hours , did not get any call from store manager. Called the store on Jan 18, the employee noted all the issues and promised that Store manager will call on Jan 19. Till date not received any call explaining what went wrong that day with my pizza. Sorry pizza hut, it seems this store needs...

This is the absolute WORST pizza I have ever had!! There was no sauce, the pepperoni and the other toppings were very dry and customer service was very bad. When I walked in to the restaurant, the cashier was a old man who looked like he hadn't showered for a week. He had a very long beard and was not wearing a hair/beard net, and didn't know how to properly speak English. When I called them and told them that the pizza was not good quality and not how it usually is there, i asked them to give me another pizza so I could get what I payed for, but he said that he can't do anything about it or refund me because he's not the manager, later on in the call he said that he was the manager. So he basically just lied. Next time, learn to accept your mistake and try to fix it, instead of doing nothing about it. If I could I would rate this...
