Horrible customer service, food quality and over charging.
I was with my boyfriend today at the mall and we went to this subway. One of the girls asked to take our order, and I began to order and midway through me talking, she walked away and around 3 minutes later, she came back looking angry. She asked to take our order again and as I was talking, I was stuttering a bit and she rolled her eyes at me. We ordered two 6 inch subs and they were ridiculously small and the quality was horrible. My sub, which was toasted, was rock hard. She left it in the toaster for an extra couple minutes. She barely put any sauce on my boyfriend's sub and as we were asking for extra, she seemed really annoyed. She didn't ask if it was for here or to go and seemed really annoyed when we said we didn't want anything else.
On a separate occasion, we were short about a dollar.That was our mistake, we didn't check our money beforehand. While we were checking to see if we had an extra dollar somewhere, the girl working there was tapping her fingers on the counter and sighed as if she had no patience. To work in customer aeevice, you should be required to have somw patience. instead of politely telling us to make sure we have enough for next time, she rudely gave us a warning, almost threateningly.
A few days later, we went back and got subway. I was the one who got a 6 inch sub and she overcharged me by 2 dollars. My sub is normally $8.80 with tax included and she charged me $10 for it.

As a vegetarian customer, I was concerned when I noticed she was using the same gloves she had used for handling chicken, without changing them. This was unacceptable, as cross-contamination is a serious concern for vegetarian customers.
Additionally, I specifically requested my sub to be both grilled and toasted. However, she only grilled it. When I asked why it wasn’t toasted, she responded that I had used four sauces, implying this was a problem, despite it being something I regularly do without issue.
