A&W Canada — Restaurant in Welland

It's rare for me to write a review and I wish I had good things to say about this place, but everything seems wrong and completely out of order! The counters are always dirty, there's a tattooed guy that is always on his phone and I have never seen him smiling once or treating anyone by the counter nicely, the food is alright but nothing special, but the prices are just too high for what the quality was supposed to match...

Ordering online doesn't solve any of these issues as I had orders that has been screwed up in the past (which I am alright whenever they solve it), but at least apologize and be nice about it. Everybody makes mistakes, but I don't think the costumers are the reason why you're pissed over something...

The AW in the seaway mall have a Horrible service, before I order the food I show her the coupon and that the way I always bought with coupon, but she ask to scan the code and yelling to me“I need scan the code” I was shocked there because her voice is so big and watching at me looks like she wants fight with me……of course there is no coupon can scan since the code is number with letter, there is other Aw outside of the mall then I go there and a young lady helping me take an order with expired coupon, its expired because I activated it in the mall! My boys and I popped by for lunch, the woman working the window/counter was unable to get to us in a timely manner, a nice gentleman came and asked if we had been helped. He apologized for thr wait and took our order and suggested we sit down. Our order arrived and it had the wrong drinks, we were not concerned and didn't mention anything, as it was a beautiful day out and it was just a drink.
