Cafe Mochaccino — Restaurant in Welland

I always want to start a review with any positives; so here it goes; My first impression of this place was that it looked nice, was well kept & the staff was super friendly. All of their baked goods looked amazing (and I regret not getting one); however I was highly confused that they didn't offer their "specialty" coffees in any size other than small. Anyways, we figured might as well get one and try it.

That was a big mistake. Me and my gf got their "small" (it was super tiny) Americano and plain Latte, both of which tasted like dirty, burnt espresso. We both couldn't even get close to finishing the miniscule drinks, they were that bad.

That being said, the friendly staff seemed to know all their regular customers, and their customers seemed to enjoy the regular coffee, but from our experience, we will not...

Stopped by while visiting the mall and had an amazing experience with this place. The worker was so kind and friendly, making the interaction a genuine pleasure. Hard to find good customer service workers these days and his effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Super affordable prices. I got a croissant and large hazelnut latte for around $6.50, when I would have paid that or more for just the drink at Starbucks. We enjoyed a delicious coffee at this great Cafe Mochaccino. Daniel, the barista is very friendly, personable and helpful. I had probably the best cappuccino I’ve ever had, with a good size cookie. My husband had a coffee with a big scone, both orders were mouth watering! We definitely recommend Café Mochaccino, and we hope to make it back for another afternoon coffee, soon.
