I want to start off by saying, our food was delicious & the host that seated us was super sweet. My boyfriend and I came here to watch the Bills game & the space itself is super clean and our host was so kind to let us choose our seat so we could have a good view of the TVs, but from the moment we were seated our waitress seemed super cold and almost as if we were a burden to her. I brushed it off to her maybe just having a rough shift and was still kind, saying please and thank you after every request. I tried to ignore it throughout our meal as we don’t get the chance to go out to eat very often but about halfway through our meal (both of us still actively eating), without even asking us if we were all set, we were brought boxes for our food. Mind you, this was at 7:30pm. I would understand if it was 20 minutes before closing and we were the last people there (I also work in customer service and understand some days you just want to get out ASAP) but according to their hours on google and their hours posted on their door they don’t close until 9pm. There were several other tables around us that were still working on their food/watching the game and it seemed like every other table she was thrilled to serve but every time she reached us there was uncomfortable tension that had me on the verge of tears and ready to leave before we even finished eating. Not long after she brought us our boxes, we just decided to pack up and leave. After we packed up to leave, she had asked the older couple sitting behind us “can I get you guys anything else?” enthusiastically, but then got to our table and coldly said “do you want any dessert?”. We still tipped 18% because I understand in the service industry most people rely on tips to pay their bills and I overall just hate confrontation, especially when I’m just trying to have a nice night out. Honestly this place has always been awesome but tonight I was let down. Potato skins were great, wings were awesome, taco salad was fantastic, but my meal was complete garbage. I order the steak and yorkshire pudding. It was a complete let down because it was not steak instead it was literally beef stew which had an off taste, the mashed potatoes were so dry it was more of a potatoes crumble with no flavor. I probably took 2 bites of the entire meal. We told the waitress and nothing was done. I understand it was family day but the service with our waitress was extremely slow and before you jump all over me, other tables with different wait staff were alot quicker and they were managing their time alot better from what I was seeing. But the thing that pissed me off the most was the fact that they refer to beef stew as a steak and the fact that the waitress didn't even try to rectify the problem. She then got pissed at me because we waited 15 min for our bill and it was supposed to be 2 bills and when she offered to go back and fix it I said don't worry I don't have time to wait another 15 min because we had somewhere else to be. I will go back because this is the only incident but they really need to give some additional training or give a smaller section to the older staff so that they...

We were waiting in a 25 minute wait at MT Bellies which is directly across the street from this restaurant.

So I thought I would call and see if there was a wait. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that there was no wait time for my family of 4, and that there was plenty of room. So we drove over, which took literally 4 minutes.

We walk in and the place is packed. The hostess tells us that there will be a wait time as there are no open tables. I explain that I just called and was told the opposite and that we left our spot in another line at another restaurant. She looked at me like a deer in headlights and said she would try and take care of it.

At this point I'm very annoyed that I was lied to, as it shows horrible customer service. This is not the first time either, on a few occasions we have had horrible service and horrible food, at one point my wife and her friends sent back all their meals and walked out due to how bad the food was.

We left immediately just on the principal of it.

To conclude, we have been going here since they opened. And it started well for the first couple of years, since then its just taken a massive dive on service and food quality, and a huge increase in prices. I can no longer support this business as a customer and will no longer be attending...
