My fiance went through the Drive through, I ordered a Qaurter Pounder with cheese meal (Just cheese and lettuce on the burger) with a Large sprite. And 2 mcdoubles. First they forgot the one so my fiance had to go back. Then I got my burger and the Bun was completely rock hard stale and my sprite was just bubbly water. I decided to go back to the location and I kindly asked for fresh burger and fresh sprite. The employee who claimed to be the manager, yet wore no name tag. She tried to start an argument with me about my bun and how I must not like it toasted. I said I do but that bun was rock hard and she argued with me. I had to deescalate the situation as the CUSTOMER. I work in customer service and was astonished that this employee was treating a customer in that manner. She then told me the sprite is fine so maybe I should pick a different soda. I said I like sprite but that they need to change their fountain jug out because theirs was running straight up water. She argued. After me surrendering several times saying all I want is my food remade. She finally took another 10 minutes to make it. I got it, sipped the drink. It was fixed. I went home and she didn't put cheese on my burger. Safe to say we won't...
Read moreOrdered today at 9:09 to realize my entire order was made wrong, even the drinks were wrong. I called once home and they told me to bring the food back and the receipt. I waited in close to a 10 car drive thru the second time only to be told at the window to come inside so it’s fair for the rest of the line… “so THEY don’t have to wait” even though I’ve had to wait for my order for an hour to be made properly??? Very contradicting. Reilly rang through my order properly and then proceeded to charge me for bacon strips, absolutely no consideration that I have children waiting for their breakfast for nearly an hour & gas money wasted due to their mistake… They also took the food back with a bite taken out of a sandwich and made me open the sandwiches at the counter. Next time if you want to make it convenient please listen when someone is ordering or give proper direction of how to proceed on the phone when you call or at least at the intercom. If I wanted to wait an hour for breakfast I would have made a gourmet one in that...
Read moreAll we ordered was an iced coffee and a mocha from inside last night and we had to wait over 13 minutes to receive our order. All employees tried to stay hidden so they wouldn't have to deal with us trying to get their attention. An older lady working the cash finally walked in from outside and it took her 3 minutes to even realize we were waiting on something. By the time she gave our drinks to us (without saying a single word to us, just put them down and walked away), our drinks consisted of a cold and tasteless mocha (tasted like old coffee that was watered down) and a now warm iced coffee.
We were going to complain, but the cashier and all other employees were nowhere in sight and we didn't want to waste more time. Both drinks went into the garbage and we will not be returning to this location again!
Customer Service is lacking here, not a single employee spoke to us or even noticed our existence. Perhaps management should train staff to put the same priority on those inside as in...
