Reluctant to eat here, but pleasantly surprised!

This location has been here for decades now, and this neighborhood has seen some better days for sure. But I was hungry and really craving a burger so figured it can't be as bad as some of the other reviews have stated.

Either they really had a talking to by corporate or those were one off incidents, because this place was great!

Restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff were very pleasant to talk to and didn't even bat an eyelash when I ordered my burger lettuce wrapped. And trust me people, there are many other places in the same vicinity of this restaurant, if you order a lettuce wrap they act like you are from Mars and/or crazy.

Food was delivered to the table, and the burger came in a bowl with a knife and fork, super nice touch there guys.

The only thing I could think of that was bad was watching a homeless man screaming at a crow outside....... But its hardly DQ's job or business to stop that so.....

FIVE STARS!!

Also the sign by the pop machine about pressing charges on some kid that filled up a water cup with soda was pretty funny and reflective of the...

I used to go to this location as I grew up and food was always prepared well, but not so when I visited today. I had a coupon for BOGO $0.99 medium sundae. Asked for both hot fudge with peanuts and there were hardly any peanuts (which I paid extra for) on the sundaes. Also bought a regular order of fries - warm-ish and dry. But it was the service which really puzzled me. Other customers came and went after I paid for my order. Finally one clerk went to get my fries, bagged them, then left them under the heat lamp.😲 Next I see the three staff members behind the counter, with no customers waiting except me and a lady (who needed a paper bag) — but nobody was making any sundaes!🤷🏽‍♀️ THEN I saw one of the three staff pull out two ready medium sundaes from a freezer under the counter and add hot fudge to each. Then she added peanuts which must have come out of her paycheque.🤦🏽‍♀️ Unimpressed with the gong show. Will not go to DQ...

Dairy Queen has great ice cream cakes. I love to buy them for birthdays or when i do a summer bbq. The prices are good and they taste great. I haven't had their burgers since 2003? I just remember them being nothing great. However i thought I'd give them a try again. I went with the triple original, the patties aren't huge so even at a triple its easy to finish. The burger tasted like a nice enough frozen premade pattie. The cheese was pretty good on it. Very much as if i had made a premade burger at home. I'd say its better than mcdonalds, however behind the quality of Wendy's and A&W. Better than Peters drive in though. I also had onion rings which were +0.50$ to the combo price, there were hardly any of them and didn't taste anything special. Their milk shakes and ice cream cakes are reason enough to visit, though I don't know if I'd give the burgers a try...

I ordered this ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The butterfly design was beautifully done—bright, colorful, and full of personality. You can really tell a lot of care went into the decoration. The cake itself was just as impressive. The ice cream was rich, smooth, and delicious, with the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. It stayed firm during the celebration but was easy to cut and serve—everyone loved it! This cake was not only a show-stopper on the table, but also a hit with all the guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and tasty way to celebrate!
