I don't give bad review usually but i have to say this as people i know before had a bad experience already in this location This got to be the worst KFC location i've ever been to. There is a couple that is ahead of me waiitng for a staff to take order. But left after 5 minutes when i arrive because no one is at the cashier and they look so hungry already. So I'm the first in line now waiting for somebody to be in the front cashier, finally after another 5 minutes, a staff (apparently the manager) showed up and told me he will be there in a minute. Ok then. Finally he showed up and i am doing an inquiry of a promo they have although i am already decided on what to order. BUT the manager is rude in going back to kitchen and excuse himself without getting my order first as he prioritized a Doordash order that just came in when i am with him already before that. He made me wait for another 10 minutes before he asked one of his staff to take my order. I was puzzled why he would do that when he is supposed to take my order first LOGICALLY right as he is already there? The manager and crew are DISORGANIZED no wonder this is a badly rated KFC location! And by the way, their chicken are so cute that their 10 pcs bucket i ordered looks like a 4 pcs only of chicken in Mary Browns or Popeyes. KFC is going downhill...
Read moreRestaurant was empty, staff refused to take my order unless I had cash at register, ignored and forced customers to use KIOSK. Several customers came in and walked out because of the horrible customer service. The Kiosk was not very easy to use and took much to long. If the restaurant was busy, I would have had no problem with using kiosk. It was dead and customers were being ignored and not helped and left on their own struggling.
My response was that management wants all customers to use kiosk moving forward. I explained to her I work retail and it is not about what the manager wants, it is about customer service. This lady was older and was having a hard time, instead of offering to take her order so she can have her lunch was appalling. The girl attending decided to argue to use kiosk instead.
Tenders were hard, hard to chew and old. did not ask for my money back because I did not want to argue. I just wanted to leave and never come back.
I work for retail if it is quiet or a customer walks up. We take their orders. Plus there is ALWAYS someone manning the self checkout in case customers are having problems.
They were laughing in the back and they did not ONCE check on customers in lobby. Shame on you management. Needless to say, the lady walked out and went somewhere else. I also will...
Read moreWent here at 8PM on a Wednesday, hoping to get in and out as I had placed a mobile order. We arrived later than the pickup time, so we had hoped it would be ready. Little to our knowledge they preferred to start it 30 minutes after it had been ordered. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for the food to be ready, in a restaurant with someone who wasn’t wearing their mask. At this point I was ready to throw a fit of rage, so as soon as I got the food I left. Once I got home and opened the bags I realized how much they screwed up the order. We didn’t get our 3 cookies that we were supposed to receive with our meals, we didn’t get any of the 3 drinks ordered, we were missing the sauces that came with them, as well as the fact that I got a famous chicken sandwich with just the pickles and chicken on it, no sauce. I would rather have my leg run over by a 18 wheeler truck than go through the unbearable pain of ordering food from this place again. I would tell people to completely avoid this place, but I’d much rather ask them to run in whenever they’re nearby to tell them how godawful their restaurant is.
