Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Whitby

idk who this woman is but i called the store to enquire about something important, this woman picks the phone up and starts yelling instead of talking normally like a human being, I was shocked and i still was very clam and asked the lady if she could repeat what she said cuz she was yelling for no absolute reason, and this woman goes ahead and hangs up on me. This happened around 2pm. This is absolutely diabolical, how on earth can this person still be employed, cuz from what i have read off of the reviews, this is the same rude person doing this...

Just came from this location. While waiting in line for service, the 7-8yo boy in front of me had asked counter staff (today at 1:40) for a drink tray. The lady at counter turned to him, put her hands on her hips and said verbatim "how many hands do I have?! You can see I'm making food, when I'm done, you'll get your tray!" She yelled at a kid! In front of other customers and made him feel like he didn't matter. This is child abuse and disgusting behaviour from a grown woman in the service sector. If that were MY kid, I would've taken...

I was in to get my morning coffee on Wednesday and I was greeted by a lady that seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was really rude to me and seemed like I was bothering her. I was the only customer there at the time. I asked her and she did not even listen to me she ignored me and started making annoyed faces at me. she didn’t greet me properly didn’t have a smile on just an overall horrible experience.
