I recently visited Lazeez Shawarma and found the overall experience to be 75% good. The restaurant offers some tasty dishes, particularly the shawarma, which has a nice balance of flavors and a generous portion size. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The flavors are good, but some of the dishes feel slightly lacking in authenticity and could benefit from additional seasoning or adjustments. The bread used for the wraps was a bit too dry, which affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite nice, with beautiful views and a cozy setting, making it a pleasant place to dine. The service was average; the staff were friendly but not very attentive, which detracted from the overall experience. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, but there is room for improvement in the consistency of the dishes. Overall, Lazeez Shawarma offers a good dining experience with great views, but small tweaks in the food quality and service could elevate it to a...
Read moreI am so disappointed with this store. As a sister store in located in North Oshawa this location is horrible. From the food to the customer service I would tell everyone not to go nor order from this location via skip or food apps. They're inconsiderate and havs no respect of value for a customer. They're sent me the wrong food and when I told them they sent me to skip. Although I know it's procedure I made sure to tell them I already did n was told a manager would contact me via email as soon as they can. Not knowing when.. I spent 40 for 2 small shawarma wraps loaded with hot sauce till u can't eat them.. rather getting the $17 dinner I order plus a large wrap. I am so sad as I have a family to feed and out the dinner and the money to feed them. In this time n age with all that everything has gone up this leaves me heartbroken with all I can do is really leave a review. Pb n jelly it is for tonight. Thanks...
Read moreMe and my family eat shawarma regularly and we love Lazeez and Osmos. I’ve had Lazeez shawarma almost everyday at one time so I know what I’m about to say. Ordered chicken wraps and chicken platter from this location. Chicken quantities is so low. They sprinkle chicken in the wraps with the big spatula. Chicken quantity in the platter was so low. (In comparison with other Lazeez outlets) Most infuriating was the amount of garlic sauce. Just a little drizzle.
I asked the guy to put some extra and he did put and told me next time tell at the counter we need extra garlic so he could charge extra. And he told me that he has put 3$ worth of garlic (one or two lines) in my food.
This Lazeez outlet lost a customer. I’ll be happy to get food at the other Lazeez outlets. (I love Lazeez, hence the...
