I have never felt so uncomfortable in a fast-food establishment! There was a gentleman changing the garbage near us, talking/ shouting across the restaurant to his two other female coworkers, about two regulars that have been "spilling coffee in the corner everyday." How did he instruct them to deal with it? "Tell them they're not allowed back here again. I already told them yesterday. This isn't a hangout, they shouldn't be sitting there sleeping and spilling their drinks." If that wasn't concerning enough, he then instructed them to "call the police and have them trespassed, I don't care. I'm DONE with them." All the while changing the garbage beside us angrily. While I can understand his frustration, he yelled it not once, but THREE TIMES like he was waiting for the altercation and couldn't WAIT to call the cops. Later on, this male employee found tobacco on a changing table in one of the bathrooms. How did I know this? Because he was standing BY the garbage, where we were sitting, and said to the two FEMALE employees; "I don't care if it's that guy or girl (pointing to be people diagonal to us on the high seated area) or this guy and this girl (pointing at my boyfriend and I), if anyone goes to the bathroom, I want you knock and go in after them." I have never seen a manager tell employees in front of customers to CHECK THE BATHROOM TO SEE IF GUESTS ARE DOING DRUGS! If he's the manager, HE should be checking for himself, not instructing his female co-workers to do it. When these girls protested, he repeated "I don't care, I'm tired of cleaning up after people." Then this man should work at a truck stop or a Tim Horton's that is EXCLUSIVELY a drive-thru! Disgusting attitude, poor managerial skills (if he's a manager) with a lack of regard for employee safety. Did I forget to mention that he later took the roll of garbage bags and SLAMMED IT beside a sleeping man saying "Wakey, wakey. This isn't a place to sleep"? Well he did that and it was startling! I felt unsafe, I can only imagine how his coworkers felt with him ordering them around like a sargeant on how to deal with customers in the dining area. First and last time here. Do NOT dine in here, STAY AWAY! Do NOT support this establishment and their practices! The food is good, but not good enough to be followed to the bathroom because you may be doing drugs or watch an altercation escalade to police involvement. While I female employees to do the dirty work for you." While I am sympathetic to someone having to deal with intentional spills daily and disposing of drug parafenalia, if what this person said is correct, but yelling it for CUSTOMERS to hear and indirectly telling them that YOU are now the target of profiling because this "manager"/ wannabe manager is on a power trip? Forget it! I don't condone this! Do better! The employee in question is Stan or Sam, my boyfriend said it was an "S" name. To you I say, "do better and check your ego at the door and don't get female employees to do your dirty work for you." I'd be happy to speak to higher management for this location, if they comment how to get in...
Read moreI am giving this location two stars. Most of the time the service is okay. But recently I was given coffee with sugar. I don't take sugar. I didn't realize until I returned home. They also have a new machine near where you order. Many times i have tapped my card and I thought I should have received a free one and didn't. Today I became suspicious because I knew i had a free coffee. When I asked they claimed i didn't use a card. I said I tapped at the machine. The server put her hands in the air like oh well. I asked what is the point in the machine if it doesn't register? She asked me if it beep. I said yes. She basically threw her hands in the air. I explained to her that I am a customer and I am letting her know there is a defect happening. She didn't care, fluff me off. She made no effort to actually listen to me or seek advice from her manager. "I said whatever." and as i was driving away I could hear her yelling "OMG and a few other words." I suspect they gave my free coffee to the car head. She didn't bother to check. I won't be going back. There is only one tim Hortons left in my area i will maybe go there. If you tap your card at this location do it at the cash. I think the machine is faulty on purpose. It's the only location I have seen the machine at. I am not going back to this location because of the behavior of some of the staff. I don't have the app because tim Hortons was tracking people. I am at a point where I might stop going to Tim...
Read moreI believe it to be the manager who was on duty on Sunday January 19th at roughly 2:30pm he was extremely rude, loud, and disrespectful to the customers sitting in the dining area. He was quite aggressive with a homeless man who was falling asleep, slamming a roll of garbage bags roughly onto the table startling me and the few other customers in the building. He then proceeded to rant about other customers he has had issues with loudly from the lobby to the workers behind the counter. He went on to clean the restrooms and upon finding tobacco on the change table he came back out and told the other employees to follow after anyone who went into the bathrooms to possibly catch them in the act accusing me and my partner and the other customers of being possible perpetrators, and possibly putting the employees who follow that ridiculous order in danger since they can’t possibly know who is using the restroom at any given time or what they might do. I now understand why this Tim Horton’s is always empty inside and will not be bringing my business back to such a hostile environment where I can’t enjoy my beverage or...
