Pizzaville — Restaurant in Whitchurch-Stouffville

Been here a few times and more often than not, have issues. The first, I ordered a panzerotto and paid extra to have 5 toppings in there. I get home and notice they forgot to put in 1 of the toppings. I mention this the next time I go in but the owner reacts negatively and doesn't believe it.

Another time, I order a panzerotto again and the young cashier said it would be 15-20 minutes. I leave for 5 minutes to go to the store next door and come back. I'm then waiting for about 20 minutes for this panzerotto. Finally, the owner calls my name and hands me the panzerotto thats been sitting on the side for at least 10 minutes. I mention this to him and he says he called my name several times but nobody answered. He then looks to another customer to be his witness that he called my name. That customer says he didn't hear it either. How about asking your employee, the one that took the order and is playing on his cell phone the entire time, if you called my name? And if you did call my name, 'multiple times', why wouldn't the employee that took my order then point to me, or hand it to me? - he was standing there the entire time doing nothing and there was only 1 other customer in the store.

My recommendation: go to Pizza Nova...

This seems to be a trend with most pizza places for the last few years now, but it's a lot more evident at Pizzaville, especially compared to other pizza places in Stouffville. Ordering any extra cheese or additional cheese toppings, is just a waste of money and/or toppings. There has only been ONE order at this location where there was actually a good amount of cheese, and that was with double the cheese option, 3 cheese blend, and asiago on the entire pizza. All the other times I order at least 2 different cheeses on top of the standard mozzarella, and it's ALWAYS like the pictures I added. Bare spots and barely any noticeable difference between a pizza with zero toppings beyond the standards. This was also supposed to be "lightly done", but it's usually always closer...

I’ve eaten at every pizza joint in Stouffville and recently tried Pizzaville in Stouffville. I ordered online and came to the store to pick up. When I walked in, it smelt like a fart. I grabbed my pizza, went home and the whole family enjoyed it. It’s now one week later and I just ordered for the second time. I just walked it and the place smelt fine. Once again, the pies were fantastic. Upon reflection of my initial visit, it’s likely that someone crop-dusted the entrance on their way out, causing me to get punched in the face with a wave of stench. If the person responsible is reading this.....you got me :)
