Be careful if you’re ordering online! I tried to make an order and they charged me but they didn’t get anything on their end so no food for me! The website told me I would get a refund within a few days- I needed the money back sooner so looked for a customer service number online- there is not one to be found anywhere- their contact page leads you to nothing but a survey. I went in to see if they had a number I could call as many other restaurants have been able to provide me a direct customer service number when faced with an issue like this. The server was extremely rude and essentially told me she didn’t have a number and that it wasn’t really her problem and that even if she did have a number no one would pick up because it’s a Friday ( I would argue that if the majority of your business is done on weekends at night you should have customer support available during that time too) disappointed in how this was handled and will not be bringing my business here in the future- I will warm everyone who will listen not to pay online as this restaurant chain will easily take your money and leave you with no food and no way to contact them to get your money back. Read moreWe waited for over 40 minutes for our food. The table that was seated after us got their food before we did. WE had to ask to find out what was going on before they let us know something was wrong with their POS system. When the manager finally came with the food, we let him know that although we understand it wasn't their fault that the chit never printed, NOTHING was communicated to us and NOBODY checked on us. So we sat and waited and watched other tables that arrived after us get their food. The manager apologized and said he would take 50% off the food bill. To me, this was a way to express that they understood that this disruption and lack of customer service kind of ruined the dining experience. When the bill came, NOTHING was comped. We had to tell the waitress that the manager had mentioned the discount. When the bill came back the second time, 15% was comped. It's really NOT about the money but 15% is nothing, and does nothing to show that they understand how this affected our dining experience. We all took advantage of the all you can eat wings… hands get messy it happens, however not once were we asked if we needed more napkins/wet wipes and had to help ourselves (not the worst thing)
The main reason for the review was the server clearly forgot to punch in one of my friend’s wing orders although we ordered at the same time. Not once , but TWICE our server acted as if the wings were coming out at any second. 20 minutes went by before my friend got his order. Not an apology or an acknowledgment of a slight mistake. I watched our server finally punch in his order the second time we asked about it.
