I ordered the pistachio gelato, and I can confidently say—it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Ever. Rich, creamy, and bursting with natural pistachio flavor. The cones are fresh, the variety is impressive, and the service was friendly and fast. Our kids loved it, and it’s easy to see why this is a popular destination for families.

That said, since this is a high-traffic location, I’d suggest paying a bit more attention to cleanliness. On our visit, there was an unpleasant smell inside—possibly related to a washroom issue. While I don’t want to discredit the shop for what may have been a one-time situation, a bit more attention in this area could greatly enhance the overall experience.

The staff did not follow basic hygiene protocols—specifically, they did not wash their hands before serving ice cream, even after being told about allergies. When I asked them to handle things properly due to allergy concerns, they showed little care or urgency.

Instead of focusing on customers, they were more engaged in casual conversations with each other and with friends who were lingering behind the counter. The atmosphere felt chaotic and disorganized, and it’s unlike any other ice cream shop I’ve been to.

It was also odd and unsettling to see the store getting noticeably darker while service was still going on—adding to the already negative vibe.

When I politely asked to use their washroom — a basic human need — I was outright denied with a flat-out lie: “We don’t have a washroom.” This is laughable . The shop was open, running, and serving people, yet they refused to allow a paying customer access to their facilities. This is not only unethical, it’s downright inhumane.

What kind of establishment offers drinks and desserts but denies a restroom? Cheap and classless service like this makes you wonder how they’re still in business.
