A&W Canada — Restaurant in Whitecourt

I went through the drive through today and a truck driver had tried to order through it by walking thru .As per Jason Kenney "Today I’m calling on restaurants to temporarily allow heavy truck and long-haul truck drivers to walk up to the drive-thru window to place their order and allow them access to washrooms.” .So i was appualed that Lorie the drive thru attendant was refusing to take his order and when asked about it she just smirked and said she knew he was there .But still refused to serve this man .

Way to go A&W for employing such a horrid staff member who not only is dilliberatly ignoring the truck drives needs,but has the audacitity to make it into a joke that she ignored the gentleman .

We are at a time that people need to help one another and you cant even...

Possibly the worst fast food service I have received in a while. Ordered two cod burger combos in the drive-thru, was not informed until reaching the window afterwards that it would be a 30 minute wait for the food. At this point, I elected to change my order, for which I paid nearly $30. The burgers themselves were poorly made, with much too much lettuce on the one burger and far too much sauce on both. The drinks were handed to me overfull and spilling forth from the cups, into my vehicle. Upon arriving to my destination I examined my receipt, which had been stashed in the bag, to verify for what I'd been billed. I noted that I had received the wrong receipt, for a different purchase, with a total of $19. I will not be returning to this location...

I would like to say . The employee that served me was friendly and nice. The food on the other hand was not the greatest . I ordered a teen burger &rings . I told them to use a beyond patty instead and to make it like a beyond. Well they made it like a beyond but used white onions and not red like it should come. The beyond patty was cold and old. I bet if I put a thermometer in the patty it wouldn’t have passed the correct temp. They had way too much sauce/lettuce in the burger . When there should be 2 pc of lettuce. Not 5 . The onions rings were all stuck together and too much seasoning and some rings had none. . I would have gave more stars but since the food sucked. I...
