TacoTime — Restaurant in Whitecourt

This is my first 1 ⭐️review. This was probably the worst taco time I’ve eaten at. I was planning on returning for the donair tomorrow but definitely will not be. After a long day the last thing I wanted was to be disappointed, but I left disgusted. I couldn’t even finish my food. The young men working where polite however I had a 10 minute wait for beef for my food, I happily waited as I thought I knew what to expect. Upon receiving my food I was let down again and again. My large beef and cheese was tiny, I even asked if it was a large when he bagged it. My mexi fries deluxe was made with no name cardboard fries, and some random white cheese. My crisp meat was not crispy and the meat was wet. I did not finish my food I’m hungry, grossed out and everything else in town is closed. A hidden gem 💎

First off, the establishment was very clean, all the staff were practicing safe covid-19 measures. The price was reasonable for what we had ordered, a LG mixed Donair, M beef donair, and 2 poutines. The staff was curtious, and the man who took our order was very plesent and professional as well.

The food was delicious 😋 fresh vegtables, the meat was tender with a great variety of spices. We ordered and maybe waited 10m at peak lunch hour. I will be visiting again as I do travel a lot for work and I'm always interested in trying new locally owned establishments.

Highly impressed w the staff. The lady who served me was multi tasking like a boss while maintaining a positive vibe. Didnt take long for ordering and receiving food, even tho it was very busy. Sadly, I didn't know Taco Time was even around anymore and was beyond ecstatic when I was able to stop in. Foood was hot, fresh and oooh so dang delicious. Prices were way better than I expected. I honestly couldn't have been more satisfied and truely hope to stop in there again next time I'm in Whitecourt. Big shout out to all the staff there; amazing job everyone!
