McDonald's — Restaurant in Whitecourt

I really wanna express my profound dissatisfaction with the ongoing poor service I have encountered at your location. Over the course of numerous visits, I have experienced several issues, but I never put bad a review, understanding that working in the food industry can be challenging and it’s not a piece of cake for everyone. Thank you very much for serving us and preparing our meals. I truly appreciate your efforts. However, I believe my patience has now reached its limit.

Previously, I consistently found that my habanero dipping sauce was forgotten when ordering nuggets. After several such instances, I decided to refrain from visiting the restaurant for a period of three months. Upon returning today, the same issue persisted. After deciding to stop ordering the habanero sauce, I instead requested Mac Sauce, and quantity they gave was even just a quarter the amount of sauce in a small cup, even lesser than the half cup.

I called to address the matter, and while they offered a free meal , this is not what I am seeking. I simply expect my food to be prepared correctly for the price I paid. I do not want a free meal, I just want my order to be fulfilled as requested.

I fully understand that one customer may seem insignificant, but when issues like these compound day after day, they will undoubtedly begin to impact your business. Went to McDonald's for lunch, I ordered a Big-Mac and a Sausage Egg McMuffin for my wife. With Dietary restrictions I asked for No Cheese on her sandwich. I asked for a sprite as my drink but was told they didn't have any Carbonated Drinks so I settled for Iced tea. I had to pull forward and wait for the food, (no big deal) waited approximately another 10 minutes and got our food. I quick checked the bag and all was good. Bringing the lunch home to my wife her sandwich had the order receipt saying it had No Cheese which it unfortunately did. Meaning someone made the sandwich with chese, wrapped in the the wrapper and CONFIDENTLY slapped the no cheese sticker on. My burger was also missing pickle which isn't the end of the world but just another mistake. To top everything off, the fries were undercooked and still cold..... so What the heck...

went here the other day at around 5:30am for some breakfast, the girl working drive through cut me off as i was placing my order so i sat there for a few mins to continue and she never came back, so i went to the window and had told her i wasn’t finished ordering. so i continued my order, only for her to hand me 1 out of 3 of what i had ordered, and she still charged me twice, anyways came out the drive through and was on the highway and my bagel was burnt, had 2 little smudges of cream cheese and the 2 bacon and eggers were the same as well, would rather go to the mcdonald’s in walmart, always had great customer service there. i’m a teen myself and she looked around my age, but if you’re gonna work a night shift job at least be a decent person about it, i never gave her attitude, i was just trying to get breakfast before my 3...
