Quiznos — Restaurant in Whitehorse

Just overwhelmingly dissapointed. I specifically in detail ask every time exactly how I would like my sandwich. Yesterday I asked specifically for mushrooms, which is one of the first things they would put on ( no mushrooms were put on), and she asked if I would like olives I said yes, every single vegetable, and lots please. Zero mushrooms, zero olives, no pickles, no cucumbers, a dusting of lettuce when I asked for LOTS, at $20 a foot long, this is absolutely outrageously unacceptable. I live an hour from town, and this is a huge expense treat, so when I got home, to see this, was really upsetting.

Also the broccoli cheese soup, they had to heat up, which they did not do according to food safety standards as it is meant to be slowly heated in a hot water bath, and should always be thick to serve. This was microwaved, and was a watery thin sad excuse for the standard classic thick soup. I worked at Quiznos for two years, many years ago, and if I served this quality of food I would be absolutely ashamed. I had to ask for napkins, ask for crackers, pay for a tiny paper bag to hold the sandwich. My mum also ordered a $20 sandwich, so all together it was $50 for two sandwiches and a soup. I was really disappointed with my experience here. The food was far below expectations — it arrived cold, lacked any real flavor, and honestly tasted like it had been sitting around for a while before being served. NOT RECOMMENDED - I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, but not when it comes to tolerating poor practices. I’m calling out this one for a lack of integrity.
