Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Whitehorse

Wonderful Tim Hortons. The staff here are so incredibly nice. I’ve had such a bad experience at the other Tim Hortons down the road that I was scared to come here. I was treated completely different here. I usually stop by at the end of the day when they’re close to closing. But they have never rushed me or treated me like I was not welcome. The cashiers are so sweet I enjoy seeing them. I asked for half decaf half hot water, and the coffee that they make me is so incredibly well. It’s a very simple order but you would be surprised at how many Tim Hortons get it wrong . The place is always clean. There’s always a person The tables and the floors. The bathrooms are also impeccably clean. Even at the end of the day they have a good selection of things and unlike many Tim Hortons they will serve you sandwiches and soup up to the last minute. We accidentally ordered three Orange Pekoe teas by mistake and realized it right away. Within one minute, we went back to let them know and explained that it was an error on our part. In the past, they’ve also given us the wrong order a few times, but we never made a big issue out of it and still accepted it.

This time, however, even though we went back immediately, the manager was extremely rude and refused to help us. She told us we had to order and pay again, which felt very unfair. Good customer service should mean understanding and helping loyal customers, especially when mistakes happen on both sides.

You only get a one star when I wake up and you don’t have any chocolate covered donuts. No, I don’t want strawberry powdered. I came for chocolate covered. How can you not have a staple like that? Okay, i went back 10 minutes later and the had my donuts. And I’ll say this, the staff and I had a great laugh because i left and went to the other Tim Hortons in town and it was closed, and when i came back they’d made the chocolate dips.
