Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Denny's and was lucky enough to be served by the amazing waitress, K.Jayna. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile that instantly made us feel welcome.

K.Jayna's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were outstanding. She patiently helped us navigate through the various options, offering recommendations and answering all our questions with a genuine desire to assist. Her willingness to go the extra mile made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.

One thing that truly impressed me was how K.Jayna ensured our coffee cups were never empty. She kept a close eye on our table, refilling our cups promptly and ensuring we had a fresh and piping hot cup throughout the meal. It's the little things like this that make a big difference in customer satisfaction.

What really stood out to me was K.Jayna's exceptional understanding and patience when it came to our autistic child. She took the time to listen to our needs and helped identify suitable items on the menu that would cater to our child's preferences. Her understanding and efforts to make our child feel comfortable and included were truly remarkable.

We were apart of a tour group with a preset non-changeable schedule. The itinerary was set to our bus leaving at 9:00 am exactly and our table arrived at the restaurant at 7:20 am, eager for some delicious Denny's pancakes. The entire restaurant was notified numerous times beforehand with our food already having been pre-paid and ordered days in advance.

To our disappointment, not only did we receive our food at 9:00 am on the dot, with little to no service from the wait staff inbetween, the food itself was extremely tasteless and dry.

The hashbrown, disheveled, reminiscent of sticks and stones left a stinging taste in my mouth. The pancakes, dry and tasteless like rubber, left a foul remark on my taste buds. The eggs were questionably rigid for scrambled eggs aswell. The lemonade had a distinct stale taste, as if it had sat in an unwashed container out in the open for days.

Although I understand the restaurant was busy at the time, there were other large parties of patrons who sat down AFTER we had already given our orders who had then received their food much earlier. Had this not occurred and the people seated after our orders had not received their food yet, I would be in a more understandable position.

Although I still love the Denny's trademark name and will continue to eat at other Denny's, this specific Denny's acts as the first to deliver such a disappointing...
