Subway — Restaurant in Williams Lake

Yesterday, I ordered a Veggie Delight Salad Bowl from the store and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, they misplaced my order. The staff member mentioned that someone else had taken my order, which left me confused and frustrated—how is it possible for someone to take the wrong order, and whose responsibility is it to ensure this doesn't happen?

Then, as she started preparing my bowl, she didn’t change her gloves, which was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. To make matters worse, when I started eating my bowl during lunch, I realized there wasn't any brown rice or chimichurri, even though I paid extra for them. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, and despite leaving a tip, the service continues to be subpar. This experience has pushed me to write this review. This Subway has terrible customer service. On Tuesday October 17th at approximately 6:15 pm our group had a terrible experience at this location.

We requested to separately get subs made without cross contamination with meats.

The young lady at the counter had agreed to our request.

Then a man appeared claiming to be the manager verbally attacked us with extreme aggression.

He said, "NO I CANNOT DO THAT.. OUR VEGGIES NEVER MIX" but there was a piece of meat sitting on the veggie side. I pointed it out to him and told him of that. He claimed it was a rotten veggie and used to be green before and changed colour.

Then he accused me of video recording in the store. When I actually had not done so. I feel that should have recorded this interction.

I told him that I would write a corporate complaint to Subway Headoffice. He said "GO AHEAD COMPLAIN TO ME I AM MANAGER. I DONT CARE". So we left. I think his...

This is a Subway that I am going to remember for the better! The dining area offers a modern atmosphere that is well maintained and clean. This location boasts a unique panoramic view of the hillsides surrounding the downtown area of Williams Lake. The staff were knowledgeable in menu items and their ingredients. They politely answered Questions pertaining to the products they serve. The food, always fresh and the soup was hot.
