A&W Canada — Restaurant in Williams Lake

Thanks for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was busy but the staff was on top of bussing tables. The rating was 14/14 by the end of the visit. Thw restauant was decked out with window paintings. My favourite window painting was the picture of the cashier.

Its great to have a vegan option with the Beyond Meat Burgers wheb customers specifically hold the Uncle Sauce (mayonnaise has eggs in it which results in heartbreaking ethical conditions for hens and a sustainability crisis for the future). Thanks for honoring the coupon. This is a huge progressive step over somewhere like Tim Horton's next door which unfortunately doesn't take the vegan demographic very seriously.

Maybe in the future, though, A&W could release a Beyond Meat Burger with an eggless mayo. That way the Beyond Meat Burger would acutally be 100% plant protein. Thanks for the...

Waited 10 minutes to place our take out order. Ordered 2 teen burgers (one without pickles & onions) onion rings and coke. Waited another 10 minutes and finally got our order. While we waited used the very dirty washrooms. Took our order and on the road we go. Opened up our order and instead of one of the burgers had no pickle and onion, they were both that way. Also all of 6 onion rings that we got were all clumped and stuck together! We were already on the road so didn’t want to drive back. Worst service at 1:30 pm in the afternoon on a Friday that I’ve ever had! Will not go back!!! Too bad as we like a&w!! Dining area was not that...

Last week of August I went through the drive through at our local A+W. I ordered 2 double Teen. Urged meals and chicken strip meal. The fries were limp and soggy and worse than that....the. Hi KEN strips that I use to love were god awful. What use to be real chicken is now pressed something or other being passed off as chicken. Whenever I use to order chicken strips I never wanted the sauce because they were crisp and full of flavour. Now you can’t even disguise how gross they are with a dipping sauce. So sorry to say we were regulars at A+W for years...we won’t be going back....and if you look on FB you will see otherS feel...
