Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Windsor

Had a terrible experience!

I'm an international student and I have problems with Canadian accent.

Staff there unable to understand my way of pronunciation. I ordered two wraps, and they told I ordered only one. The manager from the counter knew, I ordered two. They had me wait and confuse in an offensive way and at one point, I heard them say, "you didn't pay the money for that wrap".

That's all I have for the staff. Poor recruiting ( Including the "Manager"

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The café is clean, well-organized and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. I also tried their baked goods, which were fresh and tasty. The café has a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to grab a coffee and catch up with friends or work on a laptop. Anyone that used to visit a Hortons location up to the early 2000s knows the standards are gone compared to what we used to get.
