Update again Feb 2024 AVOID AT ALL COSTS* ordered a raspberry turnover got asked to pull into the waiting area. After waiting nearly 10 minutes when I got my food it was apple.. when I went back and told them they messed up and I shouldn’t have to pay for another the two girls looked stunned and unsympathetic for their mess up. Do not recommend going to this incompetent location.

Ordered through skip.. ordered classic bacon n eggs with extra hashbrown and a coffee…. Toast was black, almost mistaken them for charcoal bbq briquettes. Missing my extra hashbrown.. the hashbrown i did get was barely cooked. The bacon was also nearly burnt. Not sure how long my order was sitting there either because by time i got it my coffee wasnt even warm anymore and the food itself was cold. Normally have a good meal at this location but seems like lately its been more downhill...

I had a very awful experience at the drive-thru thursday night. Well, the food was good and staff was so friendly and nice. After I paid for my order, I was waiting at the window when I clearly saw a MOUSE running around the counters inside. This is absolutely unacceptable for any food establishment. When I pointed it out to the staff, she actually handled good and told me will take care of it, but still, staff can’t do much, it is a management’s responsibility. I wish I could have a word with manager about this thing. As a paying customer, I should not have to worry about rodents being anywhere near the food preparation area. Drive thru was not busy. Ordered teen combos and clearly stated I had their coupon twice. Got to pickup window and as usual the server looked unfriendly, she had the card reader out and I handed her the coupon. She quickly produced the card reader again. Gave the drinks and food with attitude. I suspected she did not apply the discount coupon and checked my account and that was the case. Not sure how many times you have to tell them. The onion rings were terrible, clumped together with breading coming off and noticeably less rings. The combination of unfriendly service and mistakes will anger customers and lead to less sales. It appears to me they do not like the coupons being used. I will not be back to this location and based on the reviews I read there appears to be service issues at...
