Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I know that we have a lot of newcomers to the country working in some of these places. I think they are great workers, they work hard, I just wish that they would speak English in front of us because sometimes you wonder if they're saying something about you. I think they should be allowed to speak their own language when they're working together and in the back but I think when we're standing in front of them, I personally would prefer that they speak English. When I used to work in the service industry we were never allowed to speak in a different language. The other thing that bothered me was that this person slept at a table so people were afraid to go into that area. When I mentioned it to the staff they never even went and checked. This person slept the entire time I was there and even when I drove by later on he still slept at that table. Would I want to go and eat at that table after?...

If I could give the store a zero, I would gone through the drive-through many times my orders always mixed up cannot understand a word of English today. I picked up an order that was all wrong yesterday and they were arguing with me saying that I didn’t have a certain Item on there that I complained about and I said I did and they try charging me for it so I just said forget it I wouldn’t recommend this place a bunch of garbage anyways garbage food garbage!

In regards to our concerned about my comment what is the problem? I had terrible service. I was basically called a liar. I went to pick up my order that they owed me from the day before and they didn’t give me what they told me they were going to give me this not has only happened once it’s Happened many times and I’ve never complained But this time I did because whoever the girl was at the window was very rude and...

Alright place to get coffee. There’s definitely better Tim Hortons. The only reason I go to this one is it’s close to my house. Im under the impression this one isn’t as busy as the one at Henderson and Rowandale, as that one almost always has fresh coffee, where’s this one only has fresh coffee between 6am-8am. And a few other times out of the day. Often though the coffee has been a few hours old when served to me.

Another issue is this location heavily prioritizes the drive thru. Which is good when I go through the drive thru. But not when I go inside. While I know this is common practice in fast food, it seems to be really noticeable here. Often you’ll be standing a few minutes at the front before someone comes to serve you.

This is obviously a staffing issue, and a micromanagement issue. Micromanaging does not improve...
