Pizza Hut Winnipeg — Restaurant in Winnipeg

If I could rate ZERO, I would. Most horrible dining experience in Winnipeg.

We came at 8pm and place was empty save for 2 older ladies. It took long for them to notice us before we got seated. I even peaked into the kitchen and there were at least 2 people working. We ordered medium super supreme pizza with stuffed crust and regular plain creamy fettuccine alfredo. We waited awhile for our order. The alfredo tastes bland and they added chicken without me requesting for it (it was extra add-on). Pizza tastes good—it was fresh and hot. We requested for some grated parmesan cheese and hot sauce for the pizza. They charge for parmesan cheese so we declined and just got the hot sauce. Once we got the bill, they actually charge for the hot sauce as well. The server Matt never once checked in to see how our orders are and if things are okay.

When we were up at the payment counter, no one was there. I kept calling out hello and the other guys in the kitchen completely ignored us and never once acknowledged our presence. It took more than 5 mins for the server to collect our payment.

There were only 2 tables occupied but their speed of service is so slow. Never...

I'd give a 0.

They would rather argue and gaslight the customer then apologize and offer to deliver the order for free asap.

Called the number for the henderson location but apparently when the store doesn't pick up it forwards to customer service.

Customer service takes the order for pick up and says 15 to 20 minutes.

Get to the store 30 minutes later and they say they don't have my order. After giving my phone number 5 times they claim it's still in the kitchen.

I go sit down. Lady comes to continue to pass the blame to customer service and cut me off and walk away with no eta on when my order will be ready.

I call the number I originally called to place the order and magically the store picks up and tries to make me feel stupid for calling.

At which I point I said cancel it and walked out.

Apparently placing on order through customer service is some far fangled thing. The store and customer service don't communicate with each other is what I kept trying to say/ask but kept getting interrupted.

Can't find my order but they can print a copy of my order.

Customer service must be in Ontario because those...

I have always been a big Pizza Hut fan but this place made me switch to Dominos in this neighborhood. The last order I made was the final straw. I ordered it for delivery, watched the tracking online. It completed cooking and was waiting for a driver pick up for 45 minutes. Then when it finally got picked up it went north of the store first which I live south so I guess they did another delivery first, I called the store asking if my pizza sat that whole time waiting and getting cold before the driver took it and they just said its on the way. I asked for a supervisor to call me back and they said they were busy and one would call me shortly. No one ever called. I finally got my pizza almost an hour later which was just over 2 hours from the time I ordered it and according to the tracker on the site it was cooked sitting for over 1.5 hours. This was in winter and the pizza felt like it was in a fridge when the driver delivered it. No one ever called back from the store like I was promised. Never ordering again thanks...
