A&W Canada — Restaurant in Winnipeg

We were the only customers in drive thru. The lady who took our order took her time making sure that she got our orders correct. Pretty simple, two teen burgers, no onion, no pickles on both, one no tomato. She asked us three times. It was correct. When we pulled forward, they asked about our order again. They said it correctly. We were all happy cause they're making sure, they got it correct.. we waited for a few minutes, they gave us our drinks then we waited for few more minutes. We drove off with a smile when they handed us our food. Now as soon as we arrived home, we checked our burgers. Both were wrong. Both has a lot of onions and big pickles. Both has tomatoes when we only wanted it for one burger. Fries were fresh but what on earth? What's the point of asking four times about our orders if they just end up putting everything anyway? It was exasperating. We were all pretty chill and they messed up our orders. Even when we left, there was no car behind us so what exactly happened? Patty was kinda old. But they gave us fresh fries....

Went threw the drive thru got the 2 can dine teen or mozza combos. Well asked for one teen combo nd one mozza combo. The mozza burger was asked with no veggies. But wat we got was 2 mozza burger combos nd both came with veggies. Didnt even get our teen( burger). When i phoned back to complain the manager called me a liar. And wouldnt refund or make me the correct stuff even after i said i would drive back there and waste gas to show her. Very poor customer service, very poor English we had to repeat ourselves 4 times with our order and still they didnt get it right. I would not recommend this store to anyone and has made my experience very bad nd might not even go to A&W. Oh and our drinks were piss warm. Warm rootbeer...

Hey these guys demanded to me to delete video footage regardless of what they doing she use bare hands and I asked for for health reason why to use gloves she claimed she shouldn't they threatened me with the cops if I did delete the video then aggressive again I just asked polite use gloves she refused discard of this she approved me aggressive with other employee I cancel order and want to make sure it goes back to my mother that's not fair I use to work for a&w ans they program in canada health for food gloves not fair I'm a criminal for saying this here's a video after being threatened by threatened by employees to get out for there behavior can anyone say...
