I have my Bubble Tea 4orders but when I came there Im kind nit hood looking I guess cause I just Finished doing some works like Landscaping to out Backyard and I font Care what I really look will be.
When I ordered over the phone I asked whoever the staff on the line that recievves my order I f what is the good to mix with Avocado and she said Coconut so the I go for it..I did nit know and not knowingly we miss understood the order. When I came to their stire I thought un aware that will be the approach I can grt form their when I said im here to pick uo the orders for liza..She kept sayong that I ordrred 5 bubble tea I said its only 4in total..And still the staff at frint insisting that she confirmed me tgat I order 5.. But I notice they just start prepating my order tgey said im already late for an hiut which is not true.
Here is the Lady and introduse herself that she is the owner and she dobt advice the staff to call the customer that order is ready for Pick up..So they told me theyre wasting my orders 5bble tea they already throw it the Garbage Bin and asked show or take it out and I will pay for it..They said is already the Garbage, Just trll us what your oder now as she said so we arr wasting our Energy and Time here the lady that said she is the owner.
I said im sorry I think we both mis understoon and misheard over the phone my orders..
The thiught here Im actually the loyal customer cause iut placr is close to there store. But I told myself no matter how good your product Im not coning back anymore cause thats the way yiu deal with your Customer.
Im also in business but i dont treat the customer like that no matter what it cause ,for me , Customer is the King without your Customer you are not in that Business.. Attitude towards evrything is the one that can make you success..
You shoud ever try to insist that you are Right cause you dont know what happened along the way before they get into you.
Be thankful I still continue and pay my orders despite you showed me such a Bad Experience during my Birthday..
I tried to hold on my temper trying to understand you and it also because my Birthday..

Read moreNot from Winnipeg but often pass through for work. GREAT TEA. Horrible, ignorant, penny pinching customer service. Was publicly shamed for my dyslexia and repeatedly asked if I could read. An admitted error by the person behind the counter led to an incorrect order. The only defence the ignorant miserable manager could come up with is that “the sign says to check your order” even though the employee admitted it was her mistake. The order was read off verbatim from a previous order. I was then asked to confirm via 10 pt font on a screen again with my reading disability in mind the only differentiator was the letters MT at the end of my order. I offered to still purchase the incorrect order at a discounted rate and asked to have my correct order made. Ended up paying full price for the incorrect drinks and the three replacements. I purchased a total of 9 drinks! Say what you want or respond how you will. Having a great product is no excuse for being garbage, ill hearted, rude people. Have never left somewhere so furious or belittled. I usually prefer to support local.. see my previous reviews.. but this experience is enough to recommend going with chain bubble tea.. at least they don’t mind fixing...
Read moreSo far everything I've tried is really good and I like it here. But I think this place needs a better system for when it gets busy. I ordered a few drinks around 6 pm so of course rush hour and I was fine with that but I also waited 1 whole hour just to get my order.. I don't live close to this place so of course the wait time was frustrating to me. Yes I know they let you wait in your car and they'll call your cell when your order is ready, but I didn't receive any call. My sister who ordered after me got her drink before I did . So I went back inside after waiting 30 mins and then waited Another 30 mins inside just to ask someone about my order. Maybe you guys should stop talking orders at a certain point and don't allow so many people inside. It's not fair to have new customers come inside and take so much of your time while you have a number of other customers who are already waiting a long time for their order. You have a number of people waiting inside for their order as well as delivery drivers too. Please try to come up with a better solution to prevent some people waiting an hour just to get ...
