This meal was bland yet somehow still hard to stomach. The minimal few tiny pieces of chicken tasted foul and the wrap is majority unflavored mushy rice. Its discraceful to serve this bad. I normally would avoid giving a 1-star review but have no guilt with this one. I've pictured their Bombay wrap, half lettuce half rice.

A local favourite. We've been frequenting since before they moved to this location and are never disappointed. Food is fresh, fast, and made to order. The wraps are huge here and are a delicious challenge you should try to finish.

10 stars for Carribean smoothie. Perfect ratio of fruits, milk and ice. One of the best places for healthy food choices. Lots to choose from. Hoping to have dairy-free cheese option in the future. 🙂

A Great Dining Experience at Green & Grain - Delightful Fresh and Healthy Cuisine Review: I had the pleasure of dining at Green & Grain, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The owner, Hope, has created a truly remarkable establishment that is a haven for fresh, delicious, and healthy cuisine. The moment I stepped into Green & Grain, I was captivated by its inviting atmosphere and welcoming ambiance. The menu at Green & Grain is a testament to the dedication and passion for nutritious and delicious food. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From colorful salads bursting with flavors to hearty grain bowls that satisfied both my palate and my health-conscious choices, every bite was a celebration of wholesome goodness. What stood out the most was the exceptional quality of the ingredients used in each dish. It was evident that the utmost care was taken to ensure that only the finest and freshest produce made its way to the plates. The attention to detail in the food preparation, as well as the presentation, further showcased the chef's commitment to delivering an exceptional culinary experience.

Hope, the owner, deserves immense praise for creating such a remarkable dining establishment. Her passion for healthy and delicious food shines through in every aspect of Green & Grain. She takes great pride in providing her customers with an unparalleled dining experience. The service provided by the staff at Green & Grain was equally commendable. The attentive and friendly team made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. In summary, Green & Grain is a gem among Winnipeg's culinary scene.

If you're looking for a restaurant that offers fresh, delicious, and healthy cuisine in a warm and inviting environment, this is the place to be. I wholeheartedly give Green & Grain a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable dining experience. Warm regards, Luanne , from...

This place is not what it used to be, it was once my go to and I would stop in a couple times a week. I miss the old owners. Since they’ve been gone I have grabbed food here a handful of times (the food isn’t what it used to be) and 4 out of the 5 times I watched people prepare food with used gloves that they had set aside instead of simply grabbing a new pair of gloves from the box that is right beside the area where they prepare the food. A woman took my payment (cash) and proceeded to try prepare my food with the same gloves she had on while taking my payment. I kindly asked if she could put a new pair on before preparing my food and she was visibly upset that I asked. Rolled her eyes and all. Today the same thing happened where the man put a used pair of gloves on that again, he had set aside to reuse. I have never seen any of these new folks that work here wash their hands. Not once. Hand hygiene is so important when preparing food. Why is it so hard to simply wash your hands or at least use new gloves when preparing food/stop wearing the same gloves that you wear when taking payment to prepare food. If that’s how you are in front of customers, I can’t imagine what other unsanitary stuff goes on. Now if this was a one time issue I would not be writing this review but unfortunately I will not be back as it seems to be the...

Tried Green And Grain for the first time this evening and will never order from them. Ordered through Skip The Dishes, ordered and paid for extra cheese on a taco salad and received no cheese, paid for jalapenos and received no jalapenos, salsa was to be included with the salad and wasn't, the beef seemed to be some terrible meat substitute and the salad was very small for its $11 price tag. Other order was some buffalo chicken baked something or other for around $10, it was so small, greek salad for nearly $10 was tiny with hardly any feta. Called and asked for management, figured they should really know why a customer would order and never order again, was advised that there was no management on duty, maybe someone could call em tomorrow without any immediate concern about why I was calling. I'm $40 lighter in my wallet and still hungry, and...
