CoCo Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Some of the best bubble tea in the city however the service can be horrible! Sometimes you go in there and they will have a skip order with 10 bubble teas and will completely ignore the walk in customers. Often times it’s one person working as well. When you politely ask how long it will be to be served they tell you 30 -45 minutes. You can’t expect customers to stand there being ignored for 30 minutes while you make skip orders. They are totally neglecting their walk in clients. The store needs two people working. Plus as one other commenter stated- the store itself is filthy. Dirt and dust everywhere, and the floor is often filthy. Have two people working for walk ins and skip. And during quiet times please clean your tables and floors. This truly has some of the best bubble tea in the city and it’s sad to not supper them the way we want to. However we are paying customers as well and shouldn’t be ignored while they fulfill...

I paid $7+ to be served milk on ice!!! I ordered 2 different flavors and was disappointed they tasted like nothing. Those who commented its the best bubble tea or cheapest place are clearly lying to themselves. I cannot understand how this place is still in business.

Also, please hire staff who can understand and speak English. I asked the server if the taro slush is comparable to bubble tea and she kept repeating "its a slush" and so I asked, "what on your menu has the consistency of bubble tea?" And she repeated "it's a slush" and looked at her colleague who looked at me as if I was stupid and repeated, "it's a slush", and then spoke their own language to eachother. I came to the McPhillips location to order their barbie drink to get the free stickers and cooler bag but only found out that they had no more because I had to ask. They didn’t tell me during the time I made my order so if I didn’t ask, I would’ve gotten the drink without the free merch. Don’t you think you should tell customers you don’t have the items that are advertised with the drink? The drinks tasted fine although the pearls were semi hard. The ATMOSPHERE on the other hand… DISGUSTED. The windows were SOOO dusty customers started to write in the pile of dust.
