Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Ive been ordering from this location for approximately six years due to living extremely close to it. I love pizza so I usually order once every other week. I guess they must be under new management because as of late The customer service has been horrible and the pizza quality is noticeably diminished. This evening I just had a driver show up to my residence without change on him for an order that I placed online indicating I would be paying with cash at the door. I gave him money plus a tip and asked him to return with My change (since he wasn’t prepared to do his job professionally). 40 minutes later, even though I’m only a four minute drive away, a different driver showed up with my money. When I phoned prior to receiving my change the attitude I got from the manager was “yeah yeah we’ll send them when we send them”. A horrible experience combined with poor quality pizzas that barely have any cheese on them and come with HUGE dough bubbles and are overcooked Have made me Want to never order from here again. That’s six years of 2 to 3 pizza orders per month that I will now be taking somewhere else. The managers seem immature, standoffish and confrontationally defensive To requests & inquiries about orders. Don’t waste your time ordering from this place, you will not be satisfied with the quality of the food you receive nor will you be satisfied with any communications you have with anyone who answers the phone. Making a frequent Long-term customer Wait 40 minutes for his own money to be returned to him is absurd. Especially when the proximity of the pizza place to me is literally a four minute drive away. Completely unprofessional and a horrible experience. I ordered chicken Alfredo sauce with 3 other toppings on my pizza, I got the pizza, drove my car for 2 km away from the shop, we opened the box and it was regular pizza without chicken Alfredo sauce, when I came back and asked the girl why did she make wrong order, she replied in an arrogant way you didn’t ask for chicken Alfredo sauce! Although the other two witnesses (another dominos pizza employee next to her and my friend) heard me saying clearly (chicken Alfredo sauce!), aside of that the first pizza we got, the chicken and the pizza smelled like rotten fish! Again the second pizza she made also smelled like a rotten fish, we ended up throwing it away and just wasted our money, time, and car gas while driving back and forth. She also offered me and my friend to buy a pizza from another order which was cancelled! During this whole process, she kept giving that bad attitude. Stay away from this branch. The other employee “gentleman” was good and contained the situation without giving us that similar attitude she did. But over all it was a bad experience and the worst customer service ever. This used to be my favorite Dominos in the city but several months back everything changed, and every since that time there have been issues every single time we’ve ordered there. From items missing (mostly dips or sauces up to a whole order of wings) to items that were made completely wrong (such as a triple pepperoni and mushroom pizza that contained about 3 cups of mushrooms and not a single slice of pepperoni). My last order of 10 hot wings only contained 9 and one of the nine was just a chicken chunk and when I bit into it there was dozens of tiny, sharp broken chicken bones in it that could have easily caused major issues if swallowed. While picking up my order a few visits ago I also witnessed a long haired girl handle cash then take a phone order with her bare hands, then go and help the other employees handle raw dough and toppings without washing her hands after handling the cash and phone, nor did she put on a hairnet.
