Frank's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

It has been a long time coming to finally try Frank’s Pizza. Tried it on two separate occasions before making this two-star review, and three different types of pizza.

Honestly, in my opinion- for the quantity, taste, and *quality... the price is exorbitant.

The pizzas seem to taste like nothing special at all, but just with a HIGH price.

Have noticed Frank’s Pizza to be the choice of rich people... it seems completely because they can justify spending 2x that of other pizza places yet the quantity and taste are similar or worse even than other places. It’s almost like a status thing even.

Particularly noteworthy is that we tried the cheeseburger pizza and four of us were disappointed.

To me, the location is questionable as well being tied with a night club that is not regarded as being the fanciest place out there, meanwhile Frank’s is a posh pizza place. Seems super odd.

I will note that the customer experience seems excellent at Frank’s, based on the times we ordered!

*Bothwell cheese is super quality! Was super excited about this then found the cheese to taste no better than other pizza places. Bothwell cheese is indeed the best of the best quality around here!

Not planning to buy here much anymore, 100% Domino’s, etc. are the way to go. Domino’s, Pizza Hotline (although horrible customer service), Papa Johns, Gondola, even Pizza Hut are all REALLY good if ordering at a discounted rate!...

Edit: As of late 2024, the food is still excellent. It does however seem that shrinkflation has hit and pizzas are now noticeably lighter and thinner. Of course for the same price, going to run you 40$ for less pizza. I still love it but, just sayin'.

Frank's continuously knocks it out of the park when it comes to pizza in the Unicity area, it's not even worth talking about. The sauce, the crust, the cheese, it's all there and I have reviewed it before.

What I do want to mention today, is their stellar customer service. A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza and it just wasn't right. They went over and above to fix it immediately.

Then tonight I ordered from them again, because they've earned my money and they are the best, but weeks later from the first incident they remembered me! And they went so far as to follow up as they had done some research I guess, and told me tonight what had happened previously and how they could try to make my pizza exactly how I like it!!

Good location. Lots of parking option available. I found this mall to be too good for parking with limited business as most of the times parking is a problem.i think you would never see that at least in this mall.The pizza place is located inside the Club 3d.As soon you enter into the building it is on the right hand side.Another landmark is beer vendor. Pizza place don't have independent dine in place if you are planning to go with family like kids and all. But for adults you can go inside the club I guess.for dine in options you can always check. Their pizza quality is good. I like their way of advertising too. I think they have done lot of good work on that so try it out their stuff. They deliver too. you can also pickup through courier apps like skip, doordash etc. I found the guys to be good in terms of customer service so far and I wish they provide same or better customer service in future too. Restaurant is neat and clean. Good...
