Purhaps more training is needed here. I was told that the tuna, salmon, tofo poke bowls did not come with a protein and had to be added separately. Soo..... the tuna poke bowl doesn't come with tuna?? They didn't know, or attempted to charge me for the price of two proteins and only get one. Not.... My mom and I went in today to get a couple rice bowls and I glad to say I did. We were greeted by Bruce who was amazing and helped us out when my mom was having a hard time ordering. He came to our table and double checked the veggie options we picked just to be sure. He also gave me an extra cup of dressing. This is hands down the best Freshii in Winnipeg. Not sure if Mia is the owner or an employee, but she is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to really listen to your instructions and makes sure your bowl or wrap is exactly how you want it. The portions are generous, the flavors are fresh, and her customer service is outstanding.
