I had a terrible experience with that place. Previously, I ordered a pizza for pick-up in the downtown area, but this was my first time ordering pizza for delivery. On April 18, I placed my order online, and it was sent through Uber to the wrong address. The staff confirmed that the address was correct, but the delivery driver dropped my pizzas off at a random location.
I tried to contact the staff at Freshslice, but they directed me to Uber support. However, Uber stated that it was Freshslice's responsibility. I haven't received my pizzas or a refund; they refused to give my money back. I have all the proofs (all screenshots).
I hope you see this review and take action regarding this situation. I used to buy pizza here regularly, but not anymore.
Update: After posting the review, I immediately reached out to Freshslice and followed all their instructions: submitted a complaint through their app, sent an email, and provided all requested proof (payment receipt, chat screenshots, delivery photo with the wrong address). The company kindly asked me to contact them via email or online form. I did so right away, but unfortunately, no meaningful response followed. I also tried reaching out by phone and through social media â still no resolution.

I went with the $12 medium pizza with unlimited toppings. The person at the till seemed a bit impatient when I was asking questions. For example, I asked for a list of their ingredients and she wordlessly pointed to the display window to the far left which encased all the toppings. But when I went over there, she did not follow to hear what I wanted. I did not want to yell out my toppings, so I went back to the till and asked again for an actual list or menu with the toppings. At first she said they didn't have that, but then brought out a take out menu, which she said I couldn't keep. There weren't any other take out menus on display or available for me to have. After 10-15 minutes, the pizza was ready, correctly made, looked good and was hot. Without asking for it, it was a thin crust, which I do prefer. I'm the kind of person who will have pizza in his fridge for like two weeks and still eat that hard, stale pizza, but this was so bad I actually didn't finish it. I could eat the parts that had sauce and toppings because the flavor was strong enough to eat it but I couldn't stomach eating the edges of the crust. I don't even think it necessarly WAS stale, since it didn't feel hard, but it tasted like the stalest crust ever.
