Feb 14/25, Tried to place an order on the app because of the two for one promotion, and it wouldn’t work for me. So we rushed to the restaurant and arrived ~5-7 minutes until closing time. I really didn’t think that they were going to serve me, but they were so kind and still took my order!
I got the French dip and the hat trick with no customizations, and both were fantastic. I have to say that the French dip topped it, but it was a tough choice.
I was very satisfied with the drink options as well, they have the fancy drink machine with tons of different flavours, the peach vanilla Coke is incredible, and I really don’t like pop very much so that says something!
I also appreciate how every employee had a hand in my order. One person took my order, then continued cleaning while another made my order, while another got my takeout items ready. Each one of them was so kind and friendly, and I really appreciated the smiles, they go a long way. (:

So at 7:50 I went to counter and asked who the sandwich was for and they said my name and I asked why had it been left sitting there for 10 minutes alone and wondered where the other on the was. So I guess the manager or shift supervisor walks over and immediately says I will give you a refund, I proceeded to say I’m not trying to complain but an hour for 2 subs and my sub sat there for 10 minutes? He started to tell me that he started at 830am and will be closing and I wondered why I would need to know this and I simply said I feel for you but for anyone to wait an hour for 2 subs seemed insane and so we left. Maybe training would help this crew out and not make anyone wait that long for a sub. Too bad we didn’t even get to try to sub. Read moreWorst experience ever. Horrible company to work for. Wasnt given sufficient training in a month prior. Staff was very rude and disrespectful from day 1. Lunch order doung training missed me completely leaving me to ask for food. I was complete ignored after filing a discrimination complaint and forced to work with someone who was directly discriminating me and the new business in both situations. No task was given on opening day and I was fired for talking while doing dishes 40 mins in day 1. I wasnt fast enough and wasting time. My trainer was never identified and failed to provide me work costing me my job. I was hired for sales and fired for doing dishes. Who gets fired with less then 40 hours training and 8 at a new store with zero live orders. I will never recommend the Jur family group. No breaks in 5 hours either.
