Junior's Restaurant — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I came to this place a lot and was a frequent customer until today. We ordered through their Junior’s app, the one they promote like crazy but apparently doesn’t work. We got there and I stood at the counter for 5mins while both employees made eye contact with me and just kept walking past. Once they finally did their job and came to the counter, we were told our food had not even been started on, then after waiting 15mins the order was wrong. They said they’d add on an extra order of fries for our inconvenience and when we got the order there was no such thing inside and we were told ‘we didn’t say that’ when they looked us in the face and said it.

We stood there in confusion and progressively becoming more irritated and that’s when the worker chuckled at us and said ‘What’s wrong? You’re not happy?’ While smiling and laughing. What kind of disrespectful people are you guys hiring?

Also while we were in there TWO customers came in and got their money back for their food not being ready upon pick up.

Once we finally got our food the fries were already cold and stale tasting and we had to re heat our burgers. We are a 5min walk from the restaurant. You can’t tell me all my food went cold in 5mins. Clearly it was luke warm when made and not fresh at all. I’m extremely disgusted at the lack of service and I’ll never come back even though I’ve been a loyal customer for...

Ordered 2 fat boy's and a large poutine. Went into the restaurant and 2 girl's were working. We were ignored for over 5 minutes standing right in front of the counter. The phone was ringing in the back but both girls refused to answer the phone and kept complaining it was ringing. There were only 2 guys sitting in the restaurant eating, yet we were not being greeted. The atmosphere was awkward, you could tell both girl's did not want to be there. Finally we were greeted by one of the girls, she was very rude and miserable. We took our food home with us. The quantity for the price was pretty good. The poutine gravy was slightly warm, the shredded cheese wasn't melted in some parts. The burgers were good but we don't feel comfortable going back there due to the terrible customer service and the feeling of the workers not caring about their customers. If they don't care about customer service then they also more than likely don't care about the quality in preparing the food. Won't be back! It's sad because this place used to be great, we used to come here all the time. The new owner's are running it to the ground. Skip the dishes drivers are also parking right in front near the front door where there is no parking spots and no one cares to...

I was just at junior and got large chilli cheese fries and a small chilli on the side. There was hardly any cheese at all and the French fries were hard and some I had to spit out because I couldn’t chew them. Some of the fries were so hard they definitely were Not fresh fries. The chilli was great. It is October 2 at 4:00 pm. Not even rush hour and no one was in there. I payed $20.00 dollars for food I couldn’t eat. Come on Junior’s. I usually don’t bother writing a bad review but this was a waste of time and money. Buyer Beware. PS: a lot of my fries my fork wouldn’t go in.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
