Good morning, I Came in and ordered breakfast for my family, included in the order was 10 timbits, an everything bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese as well as other items. When I got home, I looked in the package and only received 8 timbits. I get it, it's busy, but if your employees can't count to 10, I'd be concerned about that. The bagel was bunt on the outside, hard on the inside a with no exaggeration there was literally 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese on it. Are the employees under the impression that they pay for the products at this location? The other issue i have at this location is the blatant lack of customer service. I am a polite person, I always say good morning/afternoon, please and thank you and am courteous of the others around me. I have rarely ever had a "good morning" or any positive interaction back from the staff here. If this is a cultural thing thats something that needs to be addressed, but in Canadian culture, this is how you act when providing an in person customer service. I can now see why, after reading several news related articles, that Tim Hortons stock has dropped & overall customer satisfaction has dropped significantly over the past 5 years. This is among other shortcomings from this location on other occasions is the reason I personally will not be returning to this location and will never recommend it to anyone.
Instead of directing me and others to the customer care team at Tim Hortons, maybe just do something about your staff that is clearly killing your business. Also having all of your friends leave "fake positive reviews" (look at the names associated with each positive review) instead, improve your employees understanding of how Canadian culture encourages positivity and simple things like being cheerful and respectful can go along way.
Honestly I run a crew of 20 plus men in my industry and I'd fire all of them if they ever interacted with a customer they way...
Read moreIf only I didn’t have to give this place a star as they are not worth it! The staff that works at 835 St Marys Road location shouldn’t be in retail they don’t focus on the customers that are waiting in line ! They spoke in their language knowing they are in Canada not in India or Pakistan. With out us customers they won’t have a job ! They mixed up orders ! As we ordered through the drive thru and the person that took the order scan the app and gave us the wrong order we asked for vanilla cold brew! We got ice coffee with our order we were suppose to receive Timbits and a cold brew for 5$ got the drinks but I had to go in and get the Timbits ! The gal at the cashier was rude ! She made us wait another 5 minutes will she went and talked to a coworker the whole time both of them stood there giggling as customers are waiting! Then she walks to the cashier, I pointed at a senior she saw that but did not care finally after another 5 minutes she came to take the senior order ! Then It was my turn and she just gave me the dirtiest look as i showed her the app that the Timbits are included ! She like huh fine I’ll give it to you! With a corky attitude! If I ever go to that location again will share video on how these people work and how they treat...
Read moreMy 2 daughter’s and I go to this Tim’s almost daily, sometimes more than once. Lately whenever we order more than one sandwich (usually breakfast sandwiches) we are parked immediately and then it takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get our food while the other customers in line drive through getting their food. One time after sitting 10 minutes a staff member came out to inform me that they didn’t have 2 sausages for our sandwiches and did we want something else because it would take ANOTHER 7 minutes to make a sausage. I asked her why they didn’t either tell me that at the window or put the sausage on as soon as I ordered? It seems like now when we order more than one sandwich they park me, and then put my order to the end and serve everyone else in line. It’s getting to the point we are going to find another Tim’s to go to since we are ordering food and beverages on the way to school/work and don’t have an extra 10-20 minutes to wait for food ordered in the drive thru. I asked the employee who brought out my food last time for the OWNERS name and phone number and she told me she doesn’t know it and gave me the names of the managers. Very disappointed as this is the closest Tim’s to our home and it WAS the fastest and...
