The absolute worst. Went through the drive thru and ordered food for my family after a treat for a long day. Placed the order and when we got home noticed that we were missing one of our big Macs. Called them to inform them that we were missing part of our order and they said that everything was in the bag and we should check again. After I told them we were sure they asked if I wanted a credit or would come and get another one. Who is going to order food for thier family and when someone has nothing to eat that was ordered are you not going to go back for it. When I went to the restaurant I went into the building instead of through the drive thru again so I could speak to the manager. When I went in a gentleman was standing at the counter and I went to explain the situation and he just said we are closed now you have to leave. So I went out and back though the drive thru. They asked me what I had ordered and told them so they could look up the order to ensure that to had placed an order. They gave me what I thought was a replacement big mac but when I got home and opened the new bag the big mac we got had the original drive thru grill slip from when I placed my original order approx 20 minutes earlier. So after all of that the food I had ordered for myself and now the replacement (original) food for my wife is now cold and not very appetizing. Read moreOrdered a Greek salad at drive thru (3-23-17 9pm)... Of course they will ask if it is crispy or grilled chicken. I told the order taker grilled chicken and I saw in the monitor that it was punched in and she billed me 8.58 including tax. I went home to give it to my pregnant wife craving for that greek salad just to find out that there was no grilled chicken. I called the store and asked for the manager and she said there was no chicken indicated in the computer. What a lame excuse instead of just apologizing. Manager even asked me to come back for the chicken like she was so sure I am just near her store. And then re-phrased her sentence saying it could be another day. I decided to go to the store and the young female manager did not even talked to me about it. I guess I did not need her anymore as well because I will just be pissed off. How in the world will it be the guests fault if order did not show in the computer (though i know she lied)? Should it be the buyers job to make sure that the order is right, with quality, complete etc. This is McDonalds guys. The manager better attend more seminars on how to deal with problems and talk to guests. You can't be a manager if you are afraid of complaining guests. I guess my case is not new to this store. Read moreWe ordered at the drive through a few mins ago (Friday December 14/18 about 6:37pm) and the entire experience was horrible. The young lady that took the order didn’t even give us the chance to order she kept talking over us and rushing. It’s 3 of us in total my Husband ordered a kids meal for our son and he was trying to give her my order (seriously chicken crispy) and because she was talking over him she put in a junior burger he caught it on the screen and correct her and she still got it wrong she gave us a grilled chicken instead he didn’t even get to place his order because she was in such a hurry to gave us the total, by then I didn’t even want the meal I wanted to cancel the order and exist the drive through. I am not one to leave reviews but this was just too much I even called after we received the meal to advise them about the poor service and that the order was wrong and the yound lady that too the call said that she will advise them about it but I have a strong feeling she was the same one that took the order because I recognized her voice but I didn’t want to start pointing fingers or wrongfully accuse her.
