My recent visit to McDonald’s on McPhillips left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. As a loyal patron of McDonald’s, I eagerly anticipated indulging in one of my favorite seasonal treats, the Shamrock Shake. To my dismay, upon arrival, I was informed that this iconic beverage was unavailable.
The absence of the Shamrock Shake, a beloved and eagerly awaited item, was deeply disheartening. McDonald’s has built a reputation for offering a wide range of menu options to cater to various tastes and preferences. However, the absence of such a popular and anticipated item is a glaring oversight that significantly detracts from the overall dining experience.
Not only did the unavailability of the Shamrock Shake disappoint me personally, but it also reflects poorly on McDonald’s commitment to customer satisfaction. As a global fast-food chain, McDonald’s should prioritize ensuring that all advertised menu items are consistently available at all locations, especially during their respective seasonal promotions.
Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the absence of the Shamrock Shake only added to the frustration. There was no signage or notification alerting customers to the temporary discontinuation of this item, leaving many patrons, like myself, feeling let down and misled.
In addition to the disappointment caused by the absence of the Shamrock Shake, the overall service at McDonald’s on McPhillips was lackluster. Despite the relatively slow period during my visit, the staff appeared indifferent and inattentive to the needs of customers. The lack of urgency and enthusiasm displayed by the employees further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the overall dining experience.
Moreover, the cleanliness and hygiene standards at the restaurant left much to be desired. The dining area appeared unkempt, with tables left uncleared and debris scattered across the floors. This lack of cleanliness not only reflects poorly on the restaurant's image but also raises concerns regarding food safety and hygiene practices.
Overall, my experience at McDonald’s on McPhillips was thoroughly disappointing. The absence of the Shamrock Shake, coupled with subpar service and cleanliness standards, tarnished what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. As a longtime patron of McDonald’s, I sincerely hope that they take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for all customers...
Read moreManager is very rude! Terrible horrible service. I called them immediately after I got home to let them know how badly they screwed up on my order. I spoke with manager named Daniel on Monday April 20th who had handled my order at the drive-thru that day & he had apologized, which I accepted his apologies, he's human, he's allowed to make mistakes, I was promised a replacement meal, I came in on Thursday April 23rd to pick up my order, this manager "gresha or Trisha" demanded to see my receipt, how can I give them a receipt when 9times out of 10 they so not give you a receipt, which just my luck I was not given a receipt, she got so defensive & started yelling at me in front of restaurant full of people, saying my name was on their "book" twice for a replacement meal. It is my fault they can't get their orders correctly, I'm sure I'm not the only who complains about their bad service. How hard is it to put SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE, (which they gave me bacon mcgriddle) BACON MCMUFFIN (which had no bacon) in a bag & TO MAKE COFFES WITH SUGAR ( which my coffee had no sugar at all) YES, they do ask you if your order is correct on the screen but what's the point of asking if the MANAGER themselves DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, they lack communication that is why they have so much unhappy customers & make wrong orders. I have never been so humiliated & embarrassed in my life the way she embarrassed me! I am beyond angry, I am livid!!! She had raised her voice & yelled at me for making a complain & picking up my order that I had rightfully paid for. that is not a way to treat a customer. I called the head office to make a formal complaint about her, I don't even care about the replacement meal, I do not want it & I will not step foot in this location at all. To this day I haven't heard anything back from their head office. This manager "gresha or Trisha" had displayed what a bad manager is. She should be use as an example of what NOT TO DO for the new employees! She should be demoted or written up, if it was up to me she would be...
Read moreWorst customer service ever..my gf and I went here for breakfast, we ordered the food we wanted and they told us to wait at parking 3, we waited for maybe 5 mins and when our food came it was missing a hashbrown, so i had to go inside to request for it.while driving back home my gf realized it was the wrong food they had given us, so we had to go back again. When we got there, they took the receipt and food back but told us one of the item we ordered is sold out, so at this point we have already wasted so much of our time so we requested to cancel our whole order..they then proceeded to only give us $8 cash when we paid card btw (we paid 12.60) so we mentioned this and they said they were charging us for the ice coffee so we gave that back us well and she gave us extra maybe $1.50 to this $8. So i said this is not the right change and while my gf was counting it one of the worker kept yelling asking how much she gave WHEN MY GF was clearly counting it so out of frustration my gf yelled back and said « cant you wait i am counting it right now » and the worker was all « lets not yell now » when they started yelling first??? Anyways hate...
