November 5, 2019, 7:30 am - If you've ever ordered breakfast burritos with extra cheese you will know that such a concoction is a delight to the tastebuds. One slice is just not enough, but two is heavenly.
Try to order that in the drive thru at this restaurant, however, and you may get more than you bargained for. There is a girl at the drive thru window who doesn't punch these in correctly. The way that she punches it into her computer makes a difference. I ordered two burritos with extra cheese, and it clearly came up on the monitor "1 burrito extra 2 cheese". I informed her that it wasn't entered correctly, and after explaining to her at the window what i wanted, she entered it again, the exact same way she had the first time. I pulled ahead to pay and explained to her a second time - I don't want 3 pieces of cheese on one burrito, and 1 piece of cheese on the other. I had that once before from this restaurant and found it to be inedible. There was simply too much cheese. And the other burrito was cheese barren and dry. It was a disappointing breakfast experience i hoped to avoid a second time.
She seemed to be understanding. I got my order and drove the rest of the way to work. And what I received was exactly what I dreaded. While the drive thru lady may have understood one extra piece of cheese on each burrito, the person making the food made the order according to what they saw on the screen. I received a repeat of the disgusting 3 slice burrito, and as I said to the girl, it was inedible.
I seem to have this issue every time I order this at this restaurant. I may have to go to a different restaurant to avoid this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked to this mcdonalds this morning after reading online that dining opens at 5am, needed my coffee for work. I got there and the door was locked, read the sign on the door also stating the dining room opens at 5am. I knocked on the window a couple times only to have the employees look over at me and then totally ignore me... They did this twice..as if I wasn't standing there at a all (at a restaurant that's claims to open doors at 5am!) I went to the drive through and asked them why and they said their manager has instructed them not to open until 5:50a.m in the mornings ....you really need to update Google hours and your door sign if that is the case so people don't walk there at 5am for their morning coffee only to be rudely ignored by staff.
Don't treat me like I'm not supposed to be there when hours clearly state your supposed to be open. I could understand this treatment if it was 3am.. But seriously acting like someone is invisible for showing up during your "supposed" open hour is unacceptable.
Does the franchise owner know the manager has decided to change the stores hours? If so can the franchise manager please update the hours on google. Not fun for someone who walked there and then to only have a drive through open....
I have suggested to google you update your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreManager āSteveā needs to improve his game. Counter customers were forgotten about so I spoke up when he came around and the very rude, flamboyant young gentleman at the counter said heāll be with me (this was after I waited nearly 5 minutes with him fumbling with the till, not greeting me or explaining heās busy). Manager Steve walked away! (What?!) I explained to the flamboyant teller with a high-vis vest it would be nice to know heās busy. I only wanted a coffee. After taking my order, he asked for anything else. I said āYeah, how about some customer serviceā. He told me āItās fineā, as in not pay for my brew (to shut me up), which was alright with me, but then proceeded to shove the receipt at me and barked orders to this sweet younger Middle Eastern girl. She was very prompt and polite towards me. I suggest the rest of the staff (AND MANAGEMENT), follow suit. Poor representation of...
