Dear Osmows Shawarma Management,

Location- Osmows Winnipeg Manitoba

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent promotion offered on National Shawarma Day. I ordered 3 regular chicken on the rocks, which was part of the promotion, but was extremely dissatisfied with the significantly reduced portion size compared to previous orders.

While the promotion itself was enticing, the lack of transparency regarding the reduced portion sizes was misleading. There was no mention or indication of the smaller serving size in the promotional materials or at the point of purchase. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and undermines the trust customers have in your brand.

I believe that this is a widespread issue that has affected multiple customers. I am seeking to gather evidence and support from other individuals who have had similar experiences with the promotional offer.

Sup fam, i sew Osmows in tiktoks all the times from Tdot, had no idea we had one here! Had to try it out fam!. Exterior and interior was clean and spotless. I was confused where to order because there was a bunch of ppl waiting and nobody at the resgiter or even a sign that says "order here" i waited 5 mins and had to ask them where to order , hence a 3 for service. I ordered the chicken half and half with hot sauce(employee gave me a warning and offered to let me try a samplt of the hot sauce- great idea, cuz the sauce is mad hot fam! Chicken was tender and juicy few hard bits(to be expected) rice was soft and fresh, fries were fresh and crisp! So 4 for the food fam. Now there is no rating for this but im giving 5 cuz they have a certified hottie working there, she is sooo beautiful fam, im in love, truly! Place deserves a 5 just for that!
