Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

The pizza tastes great but customer service is abysmal. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Tried to order two Mediums from thier store special on the windows. They said no its a old ad for Halloween, turns out yes they still have the Halloween one but also just a store and walk in specials. I am upsold for an offer with more toppings about $10 extra. We then see the sign for what we ordered upon pickup and also note our pizzas were not exactly what we ordered.

Called the store and that is when it starts. I get the customer isn't always right but we could have forgave the mixup of missing extra meat on the pizza and more on the other (still wrong) but to be upsold on something when they clearly have a sign with no exceptions for what we wanted. Was met with well you ordered this and having to argue that yes because in good faith we accepted that the offer was gone and this lasted 15 minutes of useless conversation saying they misadvertized and also messed up our order. They eventually say I have a 50% off next order to which they now conveniently have no record of me ever ordering from there. Walked out and ordered from somewhere else that has better service.

Amazing!!! Papa Johns really varies location to location but I have to say this location beats every single one of them and some of them by alot! Thanks to the late night crew member/s on August.15 - 16th. Really impressed by how accurate they were for every pizzas instructions, they didn't miss a thing and everything was very consistent, they deserve a raise !!! There are way too many "Pizza" establishments in this city that have no idea what Pizza is or just don't care which is a major disrespect too many a people.
