Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I have ordered many pizzas from the location on Reenders Dr. They have always been very good. On Friday evening I ordered a ham and onion pizza. In the car, driving home, the pizza didn’t smell appealing. Upon taking our first few bites we did not care for the taste of the onions and could simply not eat it. I returned the uneaten pizza in the box with 2 slices missing and explained that it didn’t taste right. The manager said that he preps his onions every day and that no other customer complained. He offered me somewhat grudgingly a 50% discount on my next order. I said I needed a full refund or there would not be another ordered placed ever. I would have expected a sincere apology and not a defensive attitude and an immediate offer to make things right. This would be a refund for the pizza. I would have accepted a new one made right then (without onions) but all he seemed to be focused on was the fact that his onions tasted as they should and if “you don’t like them too bad.” So yes, Papa John makes a good pizza but if for some reason you aren’t satisfied, you are...

If you have any allergies do not go here!! I ordered a gluten free pizza online and had it delivered, after delivery and eating it I started to feel very sick. I called the location to confirm they gave me a gluten free pizza and they said they ran out of gluten free crust so they gave me regular crust. Without telling me! My pizza box also had a “gluten free crust” label on it. They said they didn’t have my number so they just gave me regular crust without notifying me or writing on the box. Horrible service. Gluten allergies are very serious and the workers there clearly do not care if they give someone an allergic reaction. I now I’m very ill so thank you papa johns for your lack of communication and being incompetent of treating allergies seriously. I ordered here a few times to be sure. I use to order from the one on peminba and grant but I moved closer to this one... well I got something for you the pizza is so over grased floppy and not even cheesy such low toppings and quality of care.. youll have drivers try and come into your house when delivering. Really unprofessional they dont know how to carry pizza bags or hand off the food. They'll show up pumping there hindu music like they are a 17 year old just getting his driver's. They'll be late never on time. Check your stickes on the boxes the drivers have been know to pick at your pizzas. Not really good management ethir because the staff are learning from em. Avoid...
