Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Very disappointing experience on our last order, we ordered two subs both with no salt extra pepper, instead got extra salt and pepper, the salt ruined both subs, which is okay, honest mistake, the disappointed came with how the manager handled the issue, instead of reimbursement of two subs (what we paid for) he orginally told his employee to offer us a 6 inch for compensation, which is insulting considering we paid for two subs. The employee agreed to reimburse us out of pocket, which I told him, he shouldn't have to do but the manager is super cheap. It was agreed on that come in the next day and get credit for the two subs. However when I came in they went back on thier word, tried to only reimburse me for only one sub, told me I got one sub for free which is absolutely not true, I had to buy an over priced drink and the first sub to get the 2nd one at discount price but for sure was not free. After arguing with the manager he finally agreed to reimburse the money spent which technically we could just of reordered and got two more subs plus a drink when all I asked for was a fair deal of two subs. Lost two customers for life over $17.55 trying to low ball his customers and going back...

My sole reason for going was to get soup. The soup of the day was advertised as chicken noodle and beef barley. I decided to get a chicken Caesar wrap as well as soup. So she makes my wrap and overloads with dressing. Then I ask for the soup, and she tells me they have NO soup. None. Yet there's a sign up advertising the soups of the day and it's 130pm on a Saturday. I honestly would have went elsewhere if I knew they had no soup. I felt like leaving my wrap there and walking out but I just don't have it in me to do that. Totally...

We are the regular customers of this location. The attitude and the service of the staff is very pessimistic, rude and disrespectful. Each time we ask to grill our sandwiches, they make all the wield faces. This has happened 3rd time. Asked them to get the contact info for the manager, i was told that you should try yourself , incase he is around he will call you back. Asked the name of the people on shift, phone was hung up. For footlongs, when asked to pack separately, they make very annoying faced and cleary...
